Chidi Nwigwe Chidi Nwigwe 6'6" | SG St. Benedict's | 2026 State NJ , 6’5 Bergen Catholic
Nwigwe is one of the most intriguing prospects in the class with his combination of size and length on the perimeter. The 6’5 guard has a high release on his jumper and rises up with confidence on his shot. Nwigwe attacks the basket strong as he is able to finish through contact and score in the mid-range. He has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor and is an underrated passer. Nwigwe is a talented guard prospect who should continue to make plays during the summer.
Jayden Hodge Jayden Hodge 6'5" | SG St. Rose | 2026 State NJ , 6’4 St. Rose
Hodge is one of the top two-way players in the class and should put it on display this summer. The 6’4 guard has a good handle, which he uses to get to the rim and finish. Hodge plays with composure on the ball as he rarely gets rattled by on-ball pressure. He is a tough on-ball defender as he makes it hard for his man to get to his spot on the floor. Hodge is a two-way guard prospect who should continue to rise his stock over the next couple of months.
Aiden Derkack Aiden Derkack 6'5" | SG Colonia | 2026 State NJ , 6’5 Colonia
Derkack has the potential to play either the two or the three, making him one of the most interesting prospects in the class. The 6’5 guard uses his size to see over his defender, which he uses to scan the floor and make good passes. Derkack is a solid finisher around the basket and rises up with confidence on his jumper. He is comfortable pushing the pace in transition and uses his length and athleticism to make plays on the defensive end. Derkack is a lanky guard prospect whose ability to handle the ball and defend on the perimeter will make him one to watch over the next few months.
Mason Santiago Mason Santiago 6'3" | SG St. Peter's Prep | 2026 State NJ , 6’2 St. Peter’s Prep
Santiago has had a strong spring and is looking to carry it over into the summer. The 6’2 guard has a good release on his jumper and sets his feet before he shoots. Santiago is more than just a shooter as he can get to the rim off the bounce and finish. He moves well without the ball in his hands and has the length to defend both backcourt spots. Santiago’s ability to defend on the perimeter and knock down jumpers from distance will help his stock in a big way.
Saad Mitchell Saad Mitchell 6'2" | SG Hudson Catholic | 2026 State NJ , 6’2 Hudson Catholic
Mitchell has the potential to breakout this summer as he gets to put his game on display. The 6’2 guard is at his best attacking the basket as he is a strong finisher around the rim and is unafraid of contact. Mitchell knows how to get to his spot on the floor and rises up nicely on his jumper. He is an underrated passer and moves his feet well on the defensive end. Mitchell is a physical guard prospect who will be one to keep an eye on this summer.
