Jamarion Batemon Jamarion Batemon 6'3" | CG Milwaukee Academy of Science | 2025 State #174 Nation WI – 2025 – SG – Power 5
Arguably the best long-distance shooter in Wisconsin’s sophomore class, Batemon has big time range with a quick trigger. Leading Milwaukee Academy of Science back to state for the second year in a row, Batemon averaged 21 points per game as a sophomore. He hit 83 3-pointers while shooting 44.4 percent from beyond the arc. At 6-foot-3, Batemon has point guard and two-guard skills. He’s a very lanky prospect not even close to filling out his frame and also shows flashes of being able to attack off the dribble, particularly with his mid-range scoring. Likely only a matter of time before mid-major programs come calling here.
Devin Brown Devin Brown 6'7" | PF Milwaukee Academy Of Science | 2025 State #196 Nation WI – 2025 – PF – Power 5
Brown is coming off a 22-point, 10-rebound per game sophomore season for Milwaukee Academy of Science, who went back to the state tournament for the second consecutive year. A high upside power forward, Brown is one of the best athletes in Wisconsin’s 2025 class. An explosive leaper that gets off the ground quickly, Brown is a walking highlight on both ends of the floor. Starting to show some game away from the rim, the 6-foot-7 sophomore can face-up and attack in the high post, handle the ball in transition, and shoot it a bit from the outside. Mississippi State, Grambling, and Western Illinois have all extended early offers to Brown.
Will Garlock Will Garlock 6'11" | C Middleton | 2025 State #204 Nation WI – 2025 – C – Wisconsin Playground Club
Garlock just picked up his first high major scholarship offer from Marquette. A 6-foot-10 center who’s trending in the right direction, that’s sure to continue for Garlock, who’s got a lot of promising skills and physical attributes. Garlock is a mobile big man with a budding skillset. Part of a 25-2 Middleton squad, Garlock averaged 11 points and six rebounds per game as a sophomore. He’s got the type of athleticism and frame that makes you think he could be a dominant center in two years if his handle and outside shot continues to develop.
Juan Guerrero Hernandez Juan Guerrero Hernandez 6'3" | CG Grafton | 2025 State #189 Nation WI – 2025 – G – Meanstreets
A top five prospect in the sophomore class, Guerrero Hernandez is just scratching the surface, but has a lot of exciting attributes. Very explosive on the ball and at the rim, the 6-foot-3 combo guard can take off like a rocket. Also developing into a dependable outside shooter, Guerrero Hernandez has some of that ‘pick your poison type offense with respect to his blow-by ability on the ball. Coming off a breakout season for Grafton, Guerrero Hernandez averaged 19 points, six rebounds, and three assists last season.
Davion Hannah Davion Hannah 6'5" | SF Nicolet | 2025 State #33 Nation WI – 2025 – SF – Mac Irvin Fire
Oregon, LSU, Wisconsin, Mississippi State, Marquette, and Arizona State have all offered Hannah early. In a close race, Hannah is currently the top-ranked sophomore in the state. A do-it-all 6-foot-5 wing, Hannah excites with his all-around athletic ability, long wingspan, multi-dimensional game, and willingness to be a factor in transition as well as in the halfcourt. Leading Nicolet to the state tournament as a sophomore, Hannah posted 20 points and 10 rebounds per game last season.
Zach Kinziger Zach Kinziger 6'3" | SG De Pere | 2025 State #127 Nation WI – 2025 – SG – Team Herro
A dangerous scorer from all over the floor, Kinziger is having a monster spring. The De Pere standout has been absolutely lethal as a shooter, not only wowing with his catch-and-shoot ability, but going isolation and making something happen off the bounce. Cal Poly recently came through with their first offer to Kinziger, who averaged 15 points and three assists while playing alongside two other Division 1 prospects on a state title winning team. While he’ll make his hay as a scorer, Kinziger also has some intriguing point guard skills and can do damage when he’s not shooting the ball as well.
Xzavion Mitchell Xzavion Mitchell 6'6" | SF Oshkosh North | 2025 State #119 Nation WI – 2025 – F – Team Herro
Mitchell earned his first scholarship offer from Cal Poly last weekend. As a sophomore, Mitchell registered 22 points, eight rebounds, and four assists per game for Oshkosh North. A junkyard dog-type forward who’s also steadily improving his skills, Mitchell owns the glass, protects the paint, and generates a ton of second-chance opportunities. He’s extremely good in the high post as both a slasher and a facilitator. At 6-foot-7, Mitchell is developing some combo forward type ability, able to size his man up and attack, bring up the ball in transition, and shoot it a little bit from 3-point range.
Kenari Parr Kenari Parr 6'1" | SG St. Thomas More | 2025 State WI – 2025 – G – 24:UP
A prospect that jumped out to us late in the season, Parr played the point guard spot very well on deep and talented St. Thomas More squad. Alongside a few ball dominant forwards and one of the top shooters in the state, Parr posted six points, three rebounds, and two assists per game. Parr has good size (6-2), length, and athleticism. While he defers to his teammates in high school, Parr showed the ability to step up in crunch time and create his own offense when needed. Right now, Parr is flying under the radar, but this could be a sneaky good pickup at the next level.
Trevor Polite Trevor Polite 6'6" | SF Homestead | 2025 State WI – 2025 – SF – Mac Irvin Fire
Speaking of sneaky, Polite is starting climb up the boards after a promising sophomore campaign. Breaking out of his shell and realizing his potential, Polite averaged 11 points, seven rebounds, and three assists per game for a 21-6 Homestead team that won the North Shore Conference. At 6-foot-5, Polite is a smooth slashing wing. He gets to the rim in limited dribbles with his long strides and added length. There are a lot of different parts to Polite’s game too. He’ll get on the offensive glass, guard multiple positions, make decisions on the ball, and shoot it from deep consistently. In time, I definitely see Polite pushing for a top 10 spot in what’s a loaded 2025 class for Wisconsin.
Isaiah Robinson Isaiah Robinson 6'1" | SG Pewaukee | 2025 State WI – 2025 – SG – 24:UP
A player that grows on you quickly if you watch him close, Robinson just does about everything right on the basketball court. When you think Pewaukee, it’s about Milan Momcillovic and Nick Janowski Nick Janowski 6'3" | SG Pewaukee | 2024 State #126 Nation WI . I doubt the Pirates take Robinson for granted. Robinson gave them seven points and three assists per game last season. When his number was called and Robinson found himself in a scoring position, he delivered. You’d also see Robinson often guard the other team’s best perimeter player. With more shots available next see, expect to see Robinson being more attacking-minded. When he looked to score, Robinson was extremely efficient for a 6-foot-1 guard, shooting the ball at a 49 percent clip, including 45 percent from 3-point range.
Kai Rogers Kai Rogers 6'10" | C Wauwatosa West | 2025 State #41 Nation WI – 2025 – F/C – Wisconsin Playground Club
Texas, Illinois, Marquette, Iowa, Purdue, Wisconsin, Ole Miss, and others have offered Rogers before his junior season. Rogers averaged 16 points and 10 rebounds per game as a sophomore while playing alongside two other Division 1 prospects. The 6-foot-10 center is a rare breed and one of the most intriguing players nationally. Rogers has a terrific, athletic frame, runs like a deer, and can explode off the ground. Rogers commands a ton of attention on the block and shows some advanced footwork and touch. Defensively, you just don’t get shots around the rim with Rogers patrolling the paint. He makes just about everybody play from the outside. The next part of his game that’s starting to show? The 3-point shot. He starts knocking those down consistently…watch out.
