No. 30 Javon Williams Javon Williams 6'4" | CG Washington | 2025 State NC | 6’2 Guard | Washington High
Williams is a young guard prospect that made quite the impact in the Washington Pam Pack rotation and was equally as good in the inaugural BTW 252/919 Winter Classic. He’ll be a name to keep an eye on this grassroots season with Team Trezz .
No. 29 LJ Rush LJ Rush 5'10" | PG 1 of 1 Academy | 2026 State NC | 5’9 Point Guard | East Wake High
Rush is a top point guard prospect to keep an eye on at East Wake High after leading the charge in 2021-22. He produced 11.4 ppg, 4.4 apg and 4.1 rpg in his varsity debut and returns looking to break out even more as a premier name in the 2025 class.
No. 28 Christian Wilkins Christian Wilkins 6'4" | SG 1 Of 1 Academy | 2025 State NC | 6’4 Shooting Guard | 1 of 1 Academy
Wilkins is another name over at 1 of 1 Academy to keep an eye on with his ability to knock down shots in a variety of ways. He posted 8.0 ppg along with 4.5 rpg in the 1 of 1 backcourt in 2021-22. As he improves his shooting ability, look for his name to grow in the class.
No. 27 Jermaine Cunningham Jermaine Cunningham 6'3" | CG Swansboro | 2025 State NC | 6’3 Wing/Forward | Swansboro High
Cunningham is quite the athletic prospect at 6-foot-3 that makes his debut at No. 27 in the ranks. He’s put his athleticism to good use already, posting 9.9 ppg, 7.2 rpg, 3.3 apg, 2.3 spg and 1.0 bpg as a force to be reckoned with with the ball in his hands and around the rim.
No. 26 Chris Eagan Chris Eagan 6'8" | PF Charlotte Catholic | 2025 State NC | 6’8 Forward | Charlotte Catholic
Eagan is a frontcourt prospect with good length and promise over at Charlotte Catholic School. He’s set to make quite an impact in 2022-23 after averaging 2.1 ppg and 1.8 rpg off the bench to get some varsity experience in 2021-22. Look for him to make a splash this grassroots season with Team Curry.
No. 25 Tre Herbert Tre Herbert 6'3" | CG Pine Forest | 2025 State NC | 6’3 Guard | Word of God
Herbert is an aggressive prospect to keep an eye on over at Word of God alongside Trevor Best Trevor Best 6'2" | CG Word Of God | 2025 State NC . He does well as an attacker and shooter but won’t hesitate to hit the glass either to make an impact. He’s running with Team Loaded NC this grassroots season.
No. 24 Jerron Blackwell Jerron Blackwell 6'2" | CG Dudley | 2025 State NC | 6’2 Guard | Page High
Blackwell had quite the impactful debut in the varsity rotation with Page High in 2021-22. He put up 13.4 ppg, 3.4 rpg and 1.1 apg in the backcourt for the Pirates while shooting 46 percent from the field and 35 percent (12-of-34) from 3-point land. He’s a prospect that plays at a very high level in the 2025 class.
No. 23 Bryce Baker Bryce Baker 6'2" | CG East Forsyth | 2025 State NC | 6’2 Guard | Walkertown High
Baker was a breakout freshman prospect in 2021-22 over at Walkertown High as he showed off what he can do in the backcourt. He finished the season with 16.2 ppg, 4.1 rpg, 2.4 apg and 2.2 spg as an emerging name to watch for the Pirates. He’ll be a young name to track in the class with a ton of promise as a lead guard.
No. 22 Hayes Oxendine Hayes Oxendine 6'3" | SG Leesville Road | 2025 State NC | 6’1 Shooting Guard | Leesville Road High
Oxendine is a top shooter in the 2025 class given his ability to get hot in a hurry on all three levels. He finished the varsity season with 17.5ppg, 3.7rpg, 3.9 spg, and 3.1apg for Leesville Road High in 2021-22. Catch him this grassroots season with Go Hard.
No. 21 Brennen Oldham Brennen Oldham 6'6" | PF Jordan Matthews | 2025 State NC | 6’6 Forward/Center | Chatham Charter School
Oldham is one young prospect that was part of a major run in the state playoffs as Chatham Charter fell in overtime in the title game. He emerged as a face in the frontcourt while averaging 10.0 ppg, 6.l8 rpg, 1.6 apg and 1.3 bpg in his varsity debut alongside another top 2025 name in teammate, Beau Harvey Beau Harvey 6'0" | CG Northwood | 2025 State NC .
