Passmore checks in as the No. 1 small forward/wing prospect out of Combine Academy. He’s developed tremendously on the OTE stage this season while producing 19.2 PPG on 35.2 percent shooting from deep and 48.2 percent from the field. Look for him to turn heads next season at Kansas!

The most productive player on the floor in the first game, Passmore has become more patient since I saw him last year. His decision making has also taken a jump, dishing out four assists to just one turnover. Efficiency was also a calling card for Passmore, going 8/10 from the floor to finish with tied for a game-high 22 points. The Kansas commit is one of the most athletic wings in the country and capable of dunking on anybody in transition, but his improvements as a decision maker and shooter intrigue me more than the player I saw at this event last year.

The No. 3 prospect in the 2024 rankings is heading to the Big 12’s Kansas Jayhawks as he looks to continue his ascent on the hardwood. He joins a recruiting class that also includes Labaron Philon and Flory Bidunga for Kansas. Passmore quickly emerged as a game-changing wing prospect at 6-foot-5 on the PH radar who’s more than just an athletic dunker on the floor. He’s a strong-framed defender who can defend the 1-4 spots given his length and agility. Offensively, he’s a lethal slasher and an efficient shooter who can knock down shots on the perimeter and in the midrange. He’s set to have a strong senior year as Combine joins the OTE stage in 2023-24.

moves back into the 3rd position after emerging on the 3SSB scene with Garner Road and on the EYBL scene with Team Thad. Passmore looks to hit another gear after he made his debut with Team Thad this past weekend in Memphis. He showcased his abilities as a slasher, defender and athlete in producing 11.5 ppg, 4.0 rpg and 1.8 apg while finishing 57.9 percent shooting from the field. As he proves himself on the perimeter, look for his stock to rise nationally.

The impact that he makes on games couldn’t have been clearer than what was shown this weekend. After coming in from out of town, he arrived at halftime and almost led his team back to a win after they faced a double-digit deficit throughout the game. He understands to use his size and athletic ability to make plays, can score the ball in numerous ways and seems to love to compete.

cools off a bit in the latest rankings update, moving into the No. 6 spot in the 2024 class. He’s easily the most athletic prospect in the 2024 class and is beginning to show off his ability to shoot the ball. He shot 51 percent from the field and 38 percent from the field while posting 13.9 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 2.7 apg and 1.5 spg for Combine Academy as they finished the season with a 37-5 record and another crown in the HoopState Championship to cap off the year. Passmore takes over the top position in the 2024 class with some recent departures in the class. He’s seen his stock grow in the state of North Carolina and on a national scale with offers from the likes of Illinois, Kansas, Virginia Tech, Tennessee and some other high-major programs under his belt heading into his junior campaign. He produced 10.3 ppg, 6.0 rpg and 1.8 apg on the 3SSB Circuit with Garner Road this past cycle. He’s an electrifying prospect that can finish with authority at the rim off the bounce and has developed quite the shooting stroke on the perimeter within his skill set of late.
