No. 20 Marcel Freeman Marcel Freeman 6'0" | PG North Johnston | 2025 State NC | 6’0 Guard | North Johnston High
Freeman is a young name to know in the 2025 class after leading the way for North Johnston’s varsity squad in 2021-22. He averaged 16.8 ppg, 3.8 rpg, 1.9 spg and 1.6 apg while shooting 55 percent from the field. He’s a strong guard to track with Garner Road this grassroots season.
No. 19 Ira Wilson Ira Wilson 6'7" | SF South Wake Sabres | 2025 State NC | 6’6 Wing/Guard | South Wake Sabres Homeschool
Wilson is a versatile prospect to watch with the South Wake Sabres Homeschool. He’s got nice promise as a slasher and rebound around the rim after posting 7.2 ppg, 5.2 rpg and 1.9 apg on the wing in 2021-22. He’s a name to keep an eye on this grassroots season with Team Wall .
No. 18 Tre McKinnon Tre McKinnon 6'5" | SF Lake Norman High | 2025 State NC | 6’5 Wing/Forward | Lake Norman High
McKinnon is another 2025 prospect in the Lake Norman High to keep an eye on after a productive freshman campaign. He put up 11.8 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 1.7 spg and 1.0 bpg as an all-around presence in their backcourt. He’s a name to keep eyes on this spring/summer with Team United.
No. 17 Isaiah Henry Isaiah Henry 6'5" | CG Cannon School | 2025 State #162 Nation NC | 6’3 Guard/Wing | Cannon School
Henry came into his own down the stretch in the Cannon School rotation in 2021-22. He’s a strong slasher that can shoot the ball on all three levels and rebound in bunches. He’s got nice potential to be a top name for a long time in the class.
No. 16 Jonah Lawrence Jonah Lawrence 6'3" | CG Providence Day | 2025 State NC | 6’3 Shooting Guard | East Mecklenburg High
Lawrence enters the 2025 rankings as one of the top shooting/playmaking prospects to keep eyes on in the class at East Mecklenburg High. He filled up the stat sheet in his freshman debut with 14.2 ppg, 4.2 rpg and 3.2 apg in the backcourt in 2021-22. He’ll be a premier face to know this spring/summer with Team EAT.
No. 15 Rodmik Allen Rodmik Allen 5'10" | PG New Hanover | 2025 State NC | 5’10 Point Guard | New Hanover
Allen is a point guard prospect with a bright future in the New Hanover High rotation. He posted a team-high 3.7 apg to go along with 5.8 ppg and 3.0 rpg to make his presence felt in the backcourt. He’s another name to track with WBC Elite on the grassroots scene this spring/summer.
No. 14 Nathan Fife Nathan Fife 6'0" | PG Sanderson | 2025 State NC | 6’0 Guard | Sanderson High
Fife is another top guard prospect over at Sanderson High with good potential in the class. He was an impressive piece in their varsity lineup at the lead guard spot, producing 12.0 ppg, 3.7 rpg. 1.9 apg and 1.5 spg as quite the two-way presence in their lineup. He’s a prospect in the Raleigh area to keep track of.
No. 13 Jacari Brim Jacari Brim 6'2" | PG West Forsyth | 2025 State NC | 6’1 Point Guard | Atkins High
Brim is the second-ranked point guard and 13th overall prospect in the 2025 class over at Atkins High. He’s a wiry floor general at 6-foot-1 that makes plays for himself and others after putting up 12.2 ppg, 6.0 apg, 2.0 spg and 1.9 rpg as a freshman. He’s got a bright future ahead of him and should be one to watch with Team CP3 this spring/summer.
No. 12 Tyell Saunders Tyell Saunders 6'2" | CG Northeastern | 2025 State NC | 5’11 Guard | Northeastern High
Saunders is an athletic guard prospect to watch over at Northeastern High. He led the varsity squad in scoring (14.8 ppg) while also notching 2.2 apg, 2.2 rpg and 1.3 spg on 39 made 3-pointers in his varsity debut. He’s an emerging name to watch in the Elizabeth City area.
No. 11 Beau Harvey Beau Harvey 6'0" | CG Northwood | 2025 State NC | 6’0 Guard | Chatham Charter School
Harvey is another young prospect to keep eyes on in the Chatham Charter School rotation. He was a top playmaker in the lineup for the Knights in their run to the 1A State title game. He put up 10.3 ppg, 4.1 apg, 3.7 rpg and 2.5 spg as quite the two-way presence in their backcourt. He’s got a bright future ahead of him in the class.
