Although only a few spots, Asp has asserted himself as one of the more impactful two-way wings in this class. They are effective playing above the rim from either end of the floor, displaying quite a few eye opening dunks this fast season. They bring plenty of versatility on the defensive side of the floor, capable matching up 1-3 as needed. Maintaining the perimter jumper will be essential to Asp’s success at the next level.

Asp has done nothing but consistently rise each update over the past 18 months, improving his perimeter game and in turn amplifying his athletic talents. They are effective above the rim, not fazed by incoming contests. Asp holds an offer from Adams State down in Alamosa.

Asp will step into a much larger role with Palmer, gaining ample opportunities as an multi-purpose offensive weapon. Gaining consistency throwing down emphatic dunks in transition, the forward has shown upside as an above the rim playmaker on both ends. Effective swatting away shot attempts above the rim, Asp will retain notable defensive value, especially while rotating for help side blocks. The senior’s continued growth in volume and efficiency shooting the ball cannot go overlooked, constantly working to develop his perimeter game. Although an excellent complementary option, Asp’s progression as an on-ball playmaker will be one area worth monitoring through this upcoming season.
