Simply put, I thought Einorson’s performance against District on Sunday was flawless. He may have missed one defensive rotation his entire time on the floor, but if there was someone calculating +/-, his would’ve been something silly. Einorson isn’t going to wow you with his athleticism, but he does a lot of things well and consistent enough to outplay those with more athleticism. He knocked down a couple of three’s off pick-and-pops, made outstanding reads on his post touches with quick zip passes to shooters or cutters for buckets and made his presence felt on the glass throughout. If this performance was any indication for the spring/summer that ahead, him coming off the bench behind

-Einorson popped onto our radar in Open Gym sessions as well as The Challenge event in York as a skilled forward prospect that will be stepping into a much bigger role with Bullis this season. Einorson is a skilled passer from the top of the key or the low post, can knock down open jumpers, and has become a much more reliable finisher in the paint on putbacks or rolls to the rim. If he can add on muscle and become a bit more explosive, I’d expect his recruitment to take off this season.

-My first time seeing the big man from and I came away impressed with his upside as a prospect. Einorson is quite skilled for a big– he can shoot it with range, passes it well from the perimeter and from the low block, understands when he needs to set an on or off-ball screen and when he needs to back up to space the floor to drivers ( a particularly difficult nuance for young forwards), and walls up well defensively to force misses around the rim. Had two beautiful passes on B2B possessions– a wrap-around bounce pass to a cutter on the move and a one-handed whip pass to a shooter from the low block. Expect him to have a pretty big role in his junior season with a Bulldogs team that can use his post presence and secondary play-making as they look to extend their streak of IAC Championships.
