Look for Colvin to have a breakout year in the MIAA B Conference as he’s easily the most athletic prospect the league has to offer. His production and improvements this spring with Team Thrill MHC 17s has resulted in him getting pulled up to the Thrill UA squad as they try to make a run at the circuit title next month. He gets off the ground quickly and can play with his eyes at the rim on lobs or straight-line drives. You also see the athleticism in play as he skies for rebounds among the trees and snags them at their peak. He’s a high-energy player who brings versatility defensively and judging off the progression with his body and skill over the past year, the best basketball remains ahead for Colvin.

Matt first showed up in the offseason at our Expo event in October and showed very well. Plays the game the right way and uses his size strategically. Matthew is a physical wing that likes to get down low and grind out baskets. The pressure from opposing bigs doesn’t effect him much because of how strong he attacks the rim. He’s found a nice role with Concordia Prep as an enforcer and physical wing that will go head-to-head with anyone, never backs down. Improving his perimeter offensive game steadily, able to attack off the dribble with more control.
