Quartaro’s size and strength immediately pop when you’re watching this team, and he knows how to use it. He scores on mismatches, spaces it from the perimeter with his shot, he rebounds, and defends multiple positions. We’ve seen him guard true bigs, then switch onto guards, and that will be why the Grizzlies use him as a weapon. With the freedom to impact all areas of the game, he’s built to boost his stock with consistency, and we expect him to have a big year.

Quartaro is a player whose size and strength show immediately when watching T-Ridge play. He recognizes mismatches and doesn’t hesitate to go to work when he gets the chance. At the event, he was backing down smaller defenders or stepping out to hit the 3 but he made sure the size disadvantage was on full display. He moves constantly and defends multiple positions. We got to see him guard a top big, then switch onto guards and hold his own and that defensive versatility will set him apart. He scored consistently without forcing but made his presence known. Lot to like.

Quartaro has shown upside as a perimeter shooter, effective off the catch or while stepping into the shot off movement. Especially valuable along the perimeter, the guard is a willing shooter even with a contest coming. Another area Quartaro has remained a threat is off the closeout, capable of pumping and driving for ambidextrous finishes at the rim. They show capabilities utilizing a couple dribble moves to free up space while on the attack downhill. Their progression as a complementary playmaker will be worth following over the coming seasons, already providing a dependable baseline from distance.

Quartaro was one of the top scoring options for his team and was able to make a living in the paint on the offensive end for his team. He was difficult to guard inside and was active while in the post, moving getting in the right position for rebounds and then going back up quickly. He was able to finish inside over defenders and looked smooth with his post moves. He is a player that is able to create shots for himself. Will be someone to watch on day 2 to see how he is able to control the paint.
