was Lutheran’s second leading scorer on the year and was who kept the ship afloat to begin the year. He was who was the focal point of the offense until they got Speckman into the fold, and when he came, Logan was able to just adjust his game and play more off-ball, and the team started cruising. That’s a player understanding the situation, and that maturity is why they held up the championship trophy at the end of the season. He averaged 9.8 points on the year, spaced the floor with his outside shot, and cut for backdoor finishes as well. He’s a player who made the most of his opportunity and is making a jump in the rankings.
Clarkson’s stock is rising after the postseason because of how impactful he was during Lutheran’s title run. He consistently spaced the floor, got to his spots, and knocked down tough shots in big moments, showing confidence and composure under pressure. What stood out most was the way he played with a fierceness that elevated his team, bringing energy on both ends of the floor. He didn’t shy away from the moment and embraced the responsibility. Performing at that level on a championship stage proves he can contribute to winning, and that kind of production is hard to ignore
Lutheran is a team that we will hear more about with the return of their top prospect and All-State player from a season ago, but the player who has been leading the way for them this season is 6’3 shooting guard, Logan ClarksonLoganClarkson

. Clarkson has been a steady scorer who gives them shooting but also balance. He doesn’t force too many shots, although at times he feels as if he has the mismatch; he gets out and runs, and he brings toughness to the team. We want to see how his play continues for the rest of the season, but he does make a debut on the rankings.
Clarkson is a player who showed flashes throughout the entire event. He’s a scorer that can create for himself and also plays with toughness and under control. He was a player that grabbed rebounds and initiated breaks with outlet passes and made smart skip reads to keep possessions alive. In 3 on 3, he was knocking down 3 pointers and also finishing mid range. In 5-on-5, he showed a more complete game as he did all of those things but also converted inside, He left-hand finishes were tough to stop and he impacted the game on both ends of the floor.
Clarkson already stands out as a big time scorer with the ability to knock down the three and attack off the drive. The Expo could elevate his game by improving his playmaking, using his scoring gravity to create for teammates when defenses collapse. Sharpening his decision making in transition and tightening his handle under pressure would also help him stay efficient against tougher competition. If he continues to score at a high clip while showing he can facilitate and control pace, he’ll prove himself as a true offensive weapon
