Gutierrez did an excellent job running the point for Premier, showcasing a strong feel for the game and keeping the offense organized. He displayed a tight handle, impressive court vision and a quick crossover that allowed him to create space and keep defenders off balance. When watching you really saw his team first mentality, as he consistently looked to get his teammates involved and make the right play. At the same time he showed he could be a scoring threat himself, knocking down shots with confidence and displaying a smooth jumper that defenses had to respect

Gutierrez was a player who popped for me on the weekend for Colorado Premier , as he has a lot to his game offensively, and it was on display throughout the weekend. He shot floaters, got inside of the defense, and finished around the rim, and was using his body. He’s a creative finisher who is looking for contact and had some and-1 finishes. We’re curious to see how his game improves or what he adds to his game the next time that we see him, but he’s now on our radar as a player who could make waves this summer.
