The 2030 CHSAA incoming class has been getting a lot of buzz as the season approaches. One of those prospects who’s expected to be an instant hit in our opinion is Mr. Green. He’s under control, has serious shake, a ridiculous face up game and he’s a relentless finisher around the hoop. Green makes shot, gets by his defender consistently, he’s lightning quick and should be a head ache for opposing defenses. 

Green is a major scorer, he’s tough to stay in front of, he’sI super aggressive and loves to compete. He generates a lot of separation, he gets down hill, he attacks the paint and can get his shot whenever he wants. Cardinal Hayes definitely has a guard with a ton of potential and if he plays like he did at camp he should be a terror in the CHSAA for years to come.  

Green’s development in recent months is truly impressive. In the winter his IQ was evident, but physically he struggled to get separation from his man consistently. Bigger, stronger, more confident and dynamic 8 months later- Green looks ready to log major minutes at Cardinal Hayes this season. Playing against a stable of other scholarship talent in the backcourt will only help him in the long run. It won’t be surprising to see him handling point guard duties off the bench this season.
