It’s really tough to pick a single guy from Putnam to make this team, because you could legitimately make an argument for 3-4 of them as a result of their incredible depth and talent. But to me, Skyers is the guy that really stirs the drink for them. The 6-foot-2 guard is an unbelievable athlete in the open floor and has a super tight handle even when he’s going full speed. The senior also elevates with the best of them and can finish with lots of contact, but he can make really nice dump down passes to his bigs, too. His vision is underrated, and his recruitment is not nearly where it should be—likely because he plays fewer minutes and has a smaller role than he would have on the vast majority of teams around the country.

Jordan, who played with Jelly Fam last season, competed with maximum intensity throughout the game. He scored a team‑high 20 points while adding 7 rebounds and 3 steals. He has a strong build, a fluid shooting release, and excellent body control when attacking the rim. He consistently kept his head up in transition, scanning the floor, thanks to his ability to control the ball. He used his physical strength to finish through contact in the paint and showed quickness with the ball in his hands.

Skyers was maybe Putnam’s most impressive player during NEBL session 1. He can certainly take some ill-advised shots on the offensive end, but he has incredible quickness and athleticism and is able to handle the rock quite comfortably, even while going full speed in transition. He also has a really nice jab-step game and can make some really difficult contested shots, not to mention some special finishes at the rim with contact. Defensively, Skyers applies an incredible amount of on-ball pressure and is super active with his hands. He should be getting D1 scholarship looks and seems to be one of Putnam’s best two-way players.

Skyers is a big physical jumbo guard who adores collision. He is like a running back plowing over defenders to get to the bucket. He had double figure points in both of his games at NPS. He is a threat to score from behind the arc and if he is left open he will make you pay. Skyers plays with tenacity on the defensive end which allowed him to collect steals. He found ways to get others the ball for scoring opportunities. Skyers should be a priority for MM+ programs.

Skyers has put together two big-time performances, showing he’s trending upward fast. He continues a red-hot streak, impacting games from start to finish. A speedy guard, he creates separation with ease and keeps defenses on their heels. He can score in a variety of ways, making him one of the more dynamic threats on the floor right now.

A versatile combo guard that has D1 strength/balance to finish through contact. A good swagger about him that he controls even with all his accolades. A scorer mainly inside the perimeter but can stretch the floor. A fantastic dribble drive penetration to his game that creates havoc on the defense that forces switches, leaving shooters open. Lateral quickness that creates turnovers and hurries the offensive player up. This kid has 20 plus D1 programs that have interest or offered him a spot on their roster but that will balloon up to 50 plus schools by end of his senior campaign.

Skyers is an athletic, explosive guard who plays with real pop off the bounce. He’s a lethal three-point shooter, especially dangerous creating space and pulling up off the dribble. His balance, footwork, and quick release let him get into his shot against virtually any defender. With continued growth as a playmaker, he projects as a high-level scoring threat at the next level.

Skyers, the #51 overall prospect and 5th ranked combo guard, does a nice job of balancing playmaking and scoring with the ball in his hands. He’s got some real wiggle off the bounce and the ability to blow by defenders in isolation situations. He plays angles well coming out of ball screens and does a nice job of scoring with creativity around the rim. Defensively, he generates plenty of steals and deflections while making it difficult for opposing guards to get into the paint. He’s a Division I prospect with plenty of interest and offers from multiple leagues.

Skyers is a talented guard known for his quickness and ability to score in a variety of ways. His explosive first step and confident shot-making make him a constant threat on the floor. He’s equally effective attacking the rim or pulling up from mid-range and beyond the arc. Recently, Skyers made a move to Putnam Science Academy, where he’ll continue to develop his game at a high level.

Another key piece to the Rens’ scorching 7-0 start across two sessions (4-0 in Memphis), Skyers continued to be a consistent sparkplug with his dynamic two-way play in the backcourt. Complementing Jervis’ smooth perimeter game, he averaged 11 points per game (51% FG) was aggressive looking to get downhill with an explosive first step, tight handle, and skilled finishing ability. Known as a scorer, Skyers also handled primary ballhandling duties and distributed effectively with four assists per game, though he could stand to improve on his ball security before being asked to run point extensively at the next level. Skyers’ two-way energy and aggressiveness have already drawn heavy attention from mid-major programs, with a lack of consistency from the perimeter being the only reservation for high-majors waiting to pull the trigger.
