Edmond is a high-flying guard known for his explosive athleticism and ability to finish above the rim. As a lethal slasher, he can slice through defenses with ease, making him a constant scoring threat. His quick first step and craftiness around the basket make him difficult to stop in transition. Read EvaluationAri Rosenfeld | Prep Hoops Scout
As an explosive an athlete as you’ll find in the region, Edmond has adapted seamlessly to the rigors of prep school ball after coming over from Notre Dame Fairfield (CT). A prototypical complementary wing, he uses his twitchy leaping ability, instincts for the ball, and reliable shooting stroke to make a consistently loud impact on limited touches. Edmond provides versatility on the defensive end as well, with his quickness and tough-nosed approach able to bother both opposing guards and wings. After being the go-to guy in his old high school setting, the adaptability into a complementary role has been great to see from Edmond, who should be a popular name among mid-major coaches heading into EYBL play.

There’s a strong chance Edmond is the best vertical athlete in the entire NEBL. He absolutely jumps out of the gym and needs virtually no room or time to launch himself off the floor, whether it be off of two feet or one. He also has an amazing second-jump, which allows him to follow his own shot better than most other 6-foot-6 wings. He pairs his athleticism with a nice-looking shot and some solid slashing ability; if he continues to expand his offensive game – especially by improving his on-ball creation – he could be a blue chip prospect in a year.

A starter on the 4x National Prep Championship team. A shooter who can get red hot from deep. Also a good passer for a predominant shooter and was impressive how team oriented he was for the high scorer that day. A smooth player with great hops and good hangtime. I like his game a lot, who should receive multiple D1 offers.

Edmond is a 6-foot-6 wing with freak athleticism, a nice looking shot, and the ability to score at all three levels. What more could a high-major school be looking for? The junior has 5+ mid-major D1 offers, but he definitely has potential to go higher than that. He had some ridiculous finishes where he hung in the air, took contact, and made shots high off the glass, but he also has great touch from the outside. Sky’s the limit for Edmond, who’s recruitment should pick up in short order.
