A prospect who moved to central Ohio, Habing was a prospect I got to see for the first time at midwest live and then again shortly after at MHC Summer Session I for the championship winning Midwest Basketball Club MHC 16 U team. Habing is an athletic wing who can play above the rim, rebound and has good positional size. On a Big Walnut team with a lot of skill and shooting, Habing provides a nice change of pace with his explosive athleticism and interior scoring ability.

A jack of all trades, Habing, did a little bit of everything this past season for Babcock. He averaged just over 12 ppg and just under 6 rpg, and defensively he forced about 2 spg. He is a true scorer, who can score both inside and out. He has the ability to attack the basket and finish through contact, but also has a nice soft touch from outside. Habing has great size and length which allows him to guard multiple positions, and he also rebounds the ball very well on both ends of the floor.
