He played with hunger on the offensive end, constantly searching for even the smallest cracks in the defense to exploit. His instincts and grit led to several tough baskets, and he also got to the free-throw line frequently. Despite the loss, I liked how hard he competed and battled throughout the game.

I noticed him make assertive moves when he had the rock, and he hit some difficult finishes around the rim. He also got after it on defense, and gave the man he was guarding issues by applying good ball pressure. Although Gorman has a deep roster, he makes the most of his minutes.

He attacked the basket on numerous occasions and made some nice lay-ups. Roberts also drew contact on his drives, and he hit 4 free throws over the course of the game. In addition to his scoring, Roberts was dishing the ball to his teammates for open looks and playing hard nose defense.
