I fully expect him to be one of their go-to options on offense, as he possesses a wide variety of moves that he can use to get a bucket. Williams is one of the strongest slashers around, and he has no problem throwing down powerful dunks once he builds momentum. He’s also not the type of player defenders want to leave unmarked beyond the arc, as he can confidently knock down triples when given a clean look. Beyond his offensive ability, he’s a dog on defense who regularly wreaks havoc. He currently holds one Division I offer, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see his recruitment pick up very soon.

He has been performing at a high level throughout the spring and summer with Bishop Gorman and Sin City Select. The 6’4 SF has been slashing to the hoop decisively on offense. Making tough finishes and throwing down dunks/oops on a regular basis. While also draining both jumpers and triples. As a defender, he utilizes his lateral quickness and size to put the clamps on his matchup.At the moment he has one Division I offer from CSUN.

He turned in an impressive performance against Sunnyslope, leading Bishop Gorman with 27 points. Williams scored from all three levels and even threw down a lob, showcasing his athleticism. It is evident that he is playing with a great deal of confidence right now, and he also utilizes his motor on the defensive end to be a difference-maker. Considering his recent play and overall skill set, there is a lot to like about the rising junior.  

Williams was a tough cover for most opponents on the weekend because of his combination of skill, strength inside-out scoring ability. At 6-feet-5, the Bishop Gorman product is effective in face-up situations where uses his frame bully defenders out of position and uses angles and touch to score at the rim. Williams is also a capable three-point and mid-range shooter of the jab or off the catch with time and space.

His relentlessness sets him apart, and I like how he finds opportunities on the perimeter as well. On the defensive end, he was using his frame and quickness to keep his man in front of him. Overall I liked what I saw, and how he impactful he was.

Which helped him block a shot and make several deflections. On offense, he caught a lob, connected on a couple of triples, and hit his free throws. Williams’ efforts paid dividends all game long, and he had a lot to do with the Gaels securing the win.

Defensively, he utilized his motor, length, and IQ to be a pest, never giving matchups much room to operate. He was also a difference-maker on the offensive end, crashing the glass to score second-chance points and draining timely triples. All in all, his production was there on a consistent basis, and he was often making an impact every time he stepped on the court

I also liked how he consistently sprinted back on defense, where he used his energy and length to make his opponents uncomfortable.
