In this article, I feature six 702 products who were out there producing for their respective teams on the first day of the Border League tournament.

[player_tooltip player_id='2086139' first='Tyler' last='Johnson'] went to work for the Gaels on day 1 of the Border League. He splashed in three triples, got out in transition for a few big dunks, and consistently made his matchup work when defending. Overall, he was making a real impact just about every possession. And he finished the game as the leading scorer, with 25 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='2654821' first='Braylen' last='Williams'] put on his hard hat and did a good amount of damage in the paint against ABC Prep. He showed patience, and utilized his soft touch to convert a number of finishes anytime he had enough of a window. Williams also chased down rebounds and applied good ball pressure on the defensive end.

EJ Popoola hit shots from the perimeter and dropped in not so easy finishes for Palisades in their first game of the weekend. He lets it fly with confidence when left unmarked from 3 point land, and you notice that he has a fairly quick trigger. Popoola also accelerates well as he nears the cup, and he'll absorb contact. Expect him to make much more noise with the Dolphins this winter.

Aaron McMorran II is back in town wearing his new threads for LaCore Elite Academy. He had a couple of buckets in the first half before really heating up after the break. McMorran buried shots from beyond the arc and seemed to capitalize on a majority of his opportunities. He also found cracks in the defense to get to the rim for a few layups and earned trips to the free throw line. His efforts paid dividends, as LaCore came away with a 10-point win over Crosby. Although he has only been with his new team for around a month, McMorran already looks comfortable.

The crafty slasher uses his handles, athleticism, and IQ to get to his spots on a regular basis. I also like how he'll play off two once he's in the paint, and he locates the basket well even with chaos going on around him. His top highlight was likely a tough putback dunk that he timed perfectly. In addition to his efforts on offense, he continues to make his presence felt on defense with his shot altering ability.

The Las Vegas native, Koi Wilkins provided quality minutes off the bench for Dynamic Prep in their win over Palisades. He capitalized on his catch and shoot opportunities, thanks to his textbook form. He also put his shiftiness on display a bit when handling the ball, and played smart team defense. It was awesome to see from the sophomore. Who continues to get his name out there with the OTE squad.
