, who is averaging 8.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game. He is arguably the most athletic and best defending guard on this Crown Point team, bringing the ability to make plays on both ends of the floor and serving as a true X-factor for the Bulldogs.

One of the three talented unsigned senior guards for Crown Point, Peters possesses impressive athleticism and on-ball defensive ability. He is a guy that can pick up for 94-feet at the next level and be very disruptive as a defender. Peters also is a good ball-handler that has some explosiveness when getting downhill to the rim. The 6’2″ guard is averaging 8.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game for the 25-1 Bulldogs.

I think one of the more intriguing prospects I watched at the Hall of Fame Classic was senior wing

. I was able to watch him vs Silver Creek and while he only ended up with 7 points, feels like he just adds an extra bit of pure athleticism to a very deep Crown Point team. He has really good size on the wing, attacks the lane with an explosive first step, and uses nice agility around the basket. He adds another dynamic that you have to deal with if you are playing Crown Point.

. Peters is one of the more explosive guards you find in the northern part of the state with an ability to use his speed to get the basket at a moment’s notice. While teams are focused on Darrell and Shaw, Peters is there to make plays when Crown Point needs them.

This explosive point guard was making a living in transition and consistently got paint touches in the half court that led to layups and assists. Peters has such a quick first step and a variety of combo moves that he can use to win one-on-one matchups on the perimeter. Crown Point High School is loaded this season, especially in the backcourt, but Peters will be a major part of the equation once again for what could be the preseason Class 4A State Title favorites.

Peters was one of the bright sports for Region Force 17u in their loss to Grand Park Premier Pro16 17u on Friday night. The 6’2″ guard from Crown Point High School has the requisite length and athleticism in the backcourt and was able to get downhill consistently. He makes good decisions with two feet in the paint and has enough athletic burst to rise up and score at the end of his drives. Peters is definitely one of the prospects that college coaches should keep an eye on for this Region Force team.
