Garr’s role is limited on such as talented St.X roster, but he plays it very well. He showcased his scoring ability in the 7th Region quarterfinals, scoring a game-high 16 points including two 3pt FGM and a one-handed dunk in transition. His hustle and ability to run the floor throughout the tournament helped the Tigers punch their ticket to Rupp. With a unique combo of size, strength and shooting potential, expect to hear much more of the promising sophomore as his career progresses.

It can be difficult to make a huge statistical impact as a Sophomore on a veteran and deep St. X roster but Garr is maximizing his opportunities. A rotational piece for the Tigers already, I expect Braylon to take over

St. X has a really good team but the most impressive thing about them is their depth. Sophomore Braylon has stepped into a reserve role on the varsity roster and proven he could be an X factor as the season rolls along. Capable of scoring the ball efficiently and being switchable on defense, Garr provides the Tigers with another good option on the wing.

Bates Fundamentals has a handful of Kentucky prospects on their team and Garr has established a nice role on the EYCL division champions. A strong wing, Garr moves well without the ball and has the frame to finish through contact at the rim. Garr hit a tough shot in the corner that showed some 3-point shooting potential down the road. A name who could break out this winter for Louisville St Xavier, Garr is already a very productive player for his age.

St. Xavier was so loaded last year that they had a bunch of talented young players stashed on their freshman and JV teams. Garr fits that mold for certain. Expect the versatile wing to make an impact for the Tigers as a rotational player this season. He could become a star for X as soon as his Junior season. He has all the tools.

I was impressed by the physicality Garr showed as a rising Sophomore. With a strong frame and aggressive style of play, Garr does not back down vs older competition whatsoever. An excellent rebounder for his height, Garr was scrappy fighting for loose balls. Also capable of making a perimeter shot when left open from 3-point range, Garr hit some shots in key moments for his team. Solid utility piece for one of the top teams in the state as just a sophomore, Garr will be a player to watch next season.
