WIth elite athleticism, size, strength and the motor to keep getting after the basket, Harrington appeared on the precipice of a national recruitment before he made his commitment to the Cyclones, and TJ Otzelberger and company should be grateful they were able to lock him down. He'll absolutely be a Iowa Mr. Basketball candidate next winter, and the Lancers will be a team to keep an eye on in contending for a title.

[player_tooltip player_id='2118611' first='Jerimiah' last='Washpun'] (Liberty)
22.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.2 steals, 50.3 FG%, 45.4 3PT%

A certified "bucket" as the kids say, Washpun is the straw that stirs the drink for the Lightning. With a quick first step and some high-level shot-making as the leading scorer for Liberty, Washpun is the engine that makes his team go. A score-first guard that does an excellent job of shot creation, opening up space between he and the defender to get shots off in the mid-range and on the perimeter, Washpun balances out his game with the ability to attack the rim off the dribble and finish with ease.

[player_tooltip player_id='2204081' first='Charlie' last='King'] (Roosevelt)
20.1 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists, 2.6 steals, 50.9 FG%

A smooth scorer that gets shots up with a quick release, King makes scoring look easy in Iowa's biggest class. A 6-foot-5 guard that can handle the rock and score at all three levels, it's a shame the Roosevelt guard hasn't picked up his first Division I offer yet, though he's almost certainly on his way. A scorer that thrives in actions that set him up for catch-and-shoot buckets, but can also put the ball on the floor and create for himself, King is a name that, frankly, isn't talked about enough in regards to the top pure scorers the state has to offer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2419755' first='Tillman' last='Papcun'] (Norwalk)
20.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3 assists, 50.8 FG%, 42.1 3PT%, 85.9 FT%

A prospect that popped for Norwalk this fall, Papcun jumped onto the greater state-wide radar with his early-season shooting. A sniper of a three-point shooter, Papcun didn't pop up on many all-state teams this season, but he probably should have. One of the more dangerous scorers in the state that can take over the game when he gets hot from the outside, Papcun is a riser in the class of 2027.

[player_tooltip player_id='2530471' first='Tate' last='McCollum'] (Solon)
18.9 points, 2.4 assists, 1.9 steals, 39.3 3PT%, 79.4 FT%

A volume scorer and rebounder that lit 3A on fire with his outside shooting after arriving at Solon this winter, McCollum took nearly twice as many shots as the second-most frequent shooter on the Spartans roster, and for good reason. Doing so and still making just shy of 40% of his three-point attempts, the son of Iowa's head coach was one of the top scorers in the state and a primary reason Solon even reached the state tournament.

Second Team:

[player_tooltip player_id='2754678' first='Michael' last='Gordon'] (Bettendorf)
[player_tooltip player_id='1977076' first='Landon' last='Blum'] (Woodbine)
[player_tooltip player_id='2419846' first='Nicare' last='Cavil'] (Johnston)
[player_tooltip player_id='2754714' first='Trey' last='Osterhaus'] (Carlisle)
[player_tooltip player_id='2906418' first='Mason' last='Camden'] (East Mills)

Third Team:

[player_tooltip player_id='3343951' first='Oscar' last='Cline'] (Louisa-Muscatine)
[player_tooltip player_id='2243086' first='Michael' last='Joyce'] (Bishop Garrigan)
[player_tooltip player_id='2231637' first='Lincoln' last='Norris'] (Knoxville)
[player_tooltip player_id='2419699' first='Braylon' last='Bingham'] (Pleasantville)
Brody Heffner (Belmond-Klemme)

Honorable Mention: [player_tooltip player_id='2419764' first='Oaklan' last='Jirak'] (Wilton); [player_tooltip player_id='2419757' first='Bryer' last='Putman'] (Wilton); T'Angelo Bush (Des Moines North); [player_tooltip player_id='2754704' first='Nathan' last='Manske'] (Algona); [player_tooltip player_id='3343950' first='Quentin' last='Dalton'] (Bedford); [player_tooltip player_id='2420786' first='AJ' last='Harder'] (Tri Center); [player_tooltip player_id='2853853' first='Coy' last='Moline'] (Manson Northwest Webster); [player_tooltip player_id='2906403' first='Braedon' last='Perez-Hietbrink'] (Sioux Center); [player_tooltip player_id='2729418' first='Jackson' last='Joerger'] (Denver); [player_tooltip player_id='2419768' first='Tate' last='Wallace'] (Regina Catholic); [player_tooltip player_id='2420798' first='Griffin' last='Glynn'] (Kuemper Catholic); Tyce VanDonge (Unity Christian); [player_tooltip player_id='2379147' first='Reese' last='Montgomery'] (Red Oak); [player_tooltip player_id='2617495' first='Drake' last='Pfaltzgraff'] Bondurant-Farrar); [player_tooltip player_id='2114707' first='Karson' last='Rains'] (Linn-Marr)
