A cerebral player who affects the game in a positive manner on both ends of the court, Guenther started slow in 24: UP ‘s win over All Wisconsin Hughes, but the gifted combination guard finished the game with a flurry to help his team to a come-from-behind victory. Guenther scored the majority of his 12 points during his squad’s comeback. He knocked down a three-point shot, scored in transition and earned multiple trips to the foul line en route to scoring 12 points.

Guenther is a confident shooter, hitting threes from all over whether its on the wing or in the corner he gets the open look and shoots with ease. The 6’1 guard is strong on the glass as well, pulling down offensive and defensive boards while being able to defend by contesting jumpers in the paint.

Guenther made his mark for 24:Up from the opening tip, using speed to grab the tip and take to the rack for the opening bucket. The 6’1 forward/guard cleaned up on the glass as well with a number of rebounds but his jumper was the key for 24:Up on Saturday. Guenther knocked down multiple threes in the first half for 24:Up with a clean shot and an ability to get open with ease. On defense Guenther was a problem as well, closing on the opposition and disrupting passes to create turnovers and come away with the steal.
