We will have plenty of content recapping the event over the next few days including All-Tournament teams, stock-risers, new names, and much more. Now, let’s take a look at our official Prep Hoops Havoc in the Heartland 1u7 All-Tournament Teams.
Havoc in the Heartland First Team
A consistent top performer on the Prep Hoops Circuit this spring, Conkle was excellent once again at the Havoc in the Heartland. The 6’0″ guard from Coshocton High School in Ohio had a huge day on Saturday pouring in 27 points in the first game of the day before flirting with a triple-double finishing with 22 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists later in the day. He was a big part of Midwest Pumas – Burgett’s success finishing the weekend 3-1. Conkle can get hot from beyond the arc, consistently makes plays off of the bounce, and is a disruptive defender on the perimeter as well.

EG10 2025 finished the weekend with a 3-1 record and their only loss was by one point, 73-72, on Sunday afternoon to a very good Indiana Game UA Rise 2025 squad. Horvath averaged 22 points per game which including a big time 27 point performance in that matchup with Indiana Game . The highly skilled 6’0″ guard is a versatile, creative scorer that can pull-up from three-point range, attack the basket off of the bounce, and continues to expand his playmaking ability for others. Will be a highly sought after point guard prospect for college coaches at various levels over the coming months.
Ingram Jr. is a well-rounded prospect that stood out throughout the weekend for Hopson Elite 2025 at the Havoc in the Heartland. His length, athleticism, and all-around physical profile stand out right away, but his skill level is impressive as well. He can play well above the rim at the end of his drives or in transition, showed off a smooth shooting stroke when he was open on the perimeter, and can create some off of the bounce as well. Also, defensively, he is versatile and switchable on the perimeter. It was a great event for the prospect from Sylvania Southview High School.

Our Prep Hoops Ohio scout Michael Roth had this to say about Nichols on Saturday evening “A very athletic forward, Nichols was flying above the rim for layups, dunks and tip ins. When he gets a clear path, Nichols is as explosive as anybody from the East district that I’ve seen. Combine his athleticism with productive interior scoring and the occasional set shot and Nichols should be a nice piece in a conference that usually has a few sleepers every year.” He was a big part of leading NOVA Village – Twinam 2025 to a perfect 4-0 record at the Havoc in the Heartland.

The most productive player of the weekend for the best team of the weekend obviously deserve a spot on the First Team All-Tournament list. The 6’5″ Wellman displayed his versatility on the offensive end shooting it in from three, attacking closeouts off of the dribble, and using his size to score inside. A Portage High School product, Wellman was a big part of Indiana Game UA Rise running the table in “Pool A” finishing the Havoc in the Heartland with a 4-0 record.
