has worked tirelessly to improve this past offseason, and it’s all paying off. The 6’6 center went from averaging 2 PPG to 8.5 PPG in one year, with a much higher intensity rebounding the ball. Dunn knows when to duck his shoulder and absorb contact around the rim, and he never loses focus on the rim. Bringing down 7 RPG, Dunn controls the glass in every way. Newly ranked as the #9 center in the box state, Dunn will strive to keep playing well and getting his team wins.

Dunn is another prospect that we’ve seen have his moments, but we wanted to see him dominate a bit more. He looks like he’s finally finding his footing there. As a 6’7 paint beast, we wanted to see him be uncontained, and we just saw that in his last game, where he delivered his best game of the season. He put up 22 points, 14 rebounds and recorded 3 steals and 3 blocks in a win over Smoky Hill. While we don’t expect that each night, we do expect him to be more impactful in games as he has this kind of ceiling. He can control the boards, score through defenders, and get out and show his elite athleticism on the break. We see what he’s capable of, now it’s time to consistently put it together. He’s a name to follow this season. We want him to record a few more double-doubles and take the league by storm!

Dunn is set to be a real spark for Broomfield this season, a player who instantly lifts the energy the moment he hits the floor. He attacks the boards with aggression, battling for rebounds on both ends and creating extra possessions that swing momentum. Offensively he has a knack for slipping into openings and finishing plays around the rim, staying composed and efficient in traffic. Dunn doesn’t need the ball in his hands to make an impact as he just outworks people, keeps plays alive and finds ways to produce in the toughest moments. With his motor, toughness and ability to capitalize on second chance opportunities, expect Dunn to become a reliable and important role shifter this year

Dunn already uses his strength and footwork well to control the glass and make his presence felt inside. The Expo is his opportunity to show he has expanded his game by adding a consistent mid range jumper or face up move to complement his inside play. Improving his passing out of the post would also make him tougher to defend, allowing him to punish double teams. If he combines his rebounding and interior toughness with a more versatile offensive package, he’ll stand out as a complete frontcourt presence

Sturdy asserting his position in the post, he has been a steady receiver of over the top passes for layups. Opponents at the 16U level have struggled to hold him out of position, especially with how quick he gets attempts up. Rarely bringing the ball down on attempts off two feet, Dunn is quick to the point on those attempts.

Dunn will be an impactful name going forward, already a strong and fairly dependable forward down low. Active drawing contact on post-up attempts, they looked for post-up attempts, capable of playing strong to taller opponents or taking advantage of a mismatch. He brought a constant motor on the glass, keeping opponents honest in the paint.
