The Expo: Standouts From Team 11

All of our events at Prep Hoops Indiana generate a lot of attention across the state. However, the growth of The Expo is a major point of pride for our team as we wrap up the summer. This year we double the size of the event bringing in nearly 120 prospects in the Classes of 2027 and 2028. Also, more than just the raw numbers, the level of talent was very impressive. We hosted over 40 Top 100 prospects today and had college coaches from the Division II, Division III, and NAIA levels in attendance. This was truly one of the best exposure events of the year that you could attend as a prospect.   As always, we will be unleashing a ton of content over the next week or so coming out of The Expo. We will have evaluations of every player in attendance post on a team-by-team basis. Also, top performers, new names, and more will be highlighted.   Below are evaluations of every player on Team 11. Good ball handler and a force on offense who can make make fadeaway jumpers. Can snatch the ball under the rim and putback for an easy score.     Jaydin Molina is really smart with the ball in his hands. He can quickly get the ball up the court, makes smart passes and can chase down loose balls on defense. Flashed some range as a shooter, including making a three-pointer in the second half of game 1. Chased down a loose ball and made a pull-up jumper in game 2.     [player_tooltip player_id='2194824' first='Antonio' last='Baymon'] was one of several standouts on the day as a whole. He was good during game 1, but really went off in Game 2 especially on offense, where he made several 3s and where his range as a shooter really shined. He is a very good all-around player on both offense and defense. On offense, he made a couple of good put-back jumpers and shoots well from midrange in game 1. He has a high motor, hustling on both ends of the court, where he recorded a block in the first game. Good free throw shooter as well.     [player_tooltip player_id='2871340' first='Xavier' last='Harvey'] really towers over the court with his height and size. He plays lighter on his feet than his size would indicate; is a good rebounder who can high point the ball and is a good passer. Also has quick hands to get steals. Big wingspan makes him hard to shoot over. Very good rebounder.     [player_tooltip player_id='2371868' first='Brady' last='Bishop'] made his presence felt early in Game 1 with an early steal to set the tone for the rest of the game. As a guard he pushes the ball up the floor quickly in transition, he can really drive to the basket and looks smooth in scoring on reverse layups. Has speed.     [player_tooltip player_id='2879888' first='Jonah' last='Lagrange'] really established himself as a presence on defense, being a good rebounder who can box out and high point like a receiver in football. He does a great job of fighting through contact and scoring on his way to the rim. Love his effort and intensity. Fighhts through contact and creative under the rim. Better on offense in game 2, where he flashed abiltity to ward off contact and get thte ball to the hoop. Strong around the rim.     [player_tooltip player_id='2538845' first='Nolin' last='Pearce'] makes a high impact on defense, where he is quick to read, react and diagnose in transition, making a couple of steals in the first game. Uses off-hand well to score, drives to the basket well. Long-limbed player who flashes good speed.     TJ Stewart is a solid guard who makes good decisions, especially in transition. He can find open players and make smooth passes, and has a knack for finding open men. In Game 2, he had a block and recorded a steal, very good at chasing down loose balls under the rim.     [player_tooltip player_id='3728822' first='Chayse' last='Hunter'] is very good at creating on his own over the middle of the court, finding ways to get open and put himself in position to score. He made a couple of transition layups in the opening half of game 2, and he flashes being a good defender under the rim who can time the ball and force turnovers.     [player_tooltip player_id='2135089' first='Erivon' last='Burks'] is a true sharpshooter which really showed during the 3v3 session. Burks was automatic from the three-point line in the opening 3v3 game, making several consecutive three-point shots look easy. He can leap over taller defneders, and with his good follow-through in his shooting motion is able to make those contested 3s easily. Good on defnese with a couple of steals.
