No stranger to put up some big numbers, Bishop shot it well from three-point range and showed off his all-around scoring ability at the Indiana All-Star Classic. He can really get hot from three-point range, but also has a well-rounded game off of the dribble which includes making plays for his teammates. Bishop, a rising junior at West Central High School, is a solid under-the-radar prospect to track in Indiana’s Class of 2028.

Bishop was a big part of West Central High School’s success this season which included an 18-4 record that had them in the Prep Hoops Indiana Class 1A Top 10 for most of the season. However, the Trojans lost in overtime to Tri-County who went on to advance to the Class 1A North Semi-State. Bishop, a 6’1″ guard, averaged 16.7 points per game while shooting 47-108 (43.5%) from three-point range.

West Central High School is making their case to climb into the Prep Hoops Indiana Class 1A Top 10 with a 5-0 start to the season. This talented sophomore guard has been a big part of their success. Bishop flirted with a triple-double on Friday night finishing with 16 points, 7 rebounds, and 9 assists.

From a purely production stand point there are few freshmen who had better starts to their career than this star from West Central High School. Bishop averaged 12.0 points, 2.8 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 1.6 steals per game. Most impressively, he shot 54-148 (36.5%) from three-point range. If the 6’0″ guard can continue to shoot the ball like that while showing off his playmaking ability as well he will turn into a very intriguing college prospect.

Bishop was consistently involved in the action during 5-on-5 play on Sunday. The long, 6’0″ guard from West Central High School finished in transition multiple times both off of the throw ahead when running the wings or attacking as the primary ball handler. He also knocked down a three-point shot for Team 2 in one of the games we watched. There are some projectable physical tools to monitor as this backcourt prospect continues to develop.
