Hunter stood out to us a year ago at our Freshman Showcase and doubled down at the Sophomore ID Camp proving himself as an up-and-coming guard in Lawrence North’s Class of 2028. He is a quick, explosive playmaker who finished at the end of his drives with both hands up around the rim and made great passes out to his teammates. The vision that he displayed off of the bounce was very impressive and should lead to him being a high-assist type of point guard down the road. We look forward to seeing him crack the varsity rotation for the Wildcats at some point.

Hunter was one of the more talented guards at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase a year ago. There obviously is plenty of talent at Lawrence North High School so he will have to continue to fight to carve out a role, but checking in on him again at the Sophomore ID Camp will be a good barometer for his progress over the course of the last 12 months.

Hunter is another intriguing guard prospect from Lawrence North High School that was in attendance for the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase. Very athletic guard that really likes to his body to play through contact and attempt to draw fouls. Guards at this level are not always the most physical but I thought that was what set Hunter a part from his peers at this showcase. Good tools to continue to work with.
