About Leanah

What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?

My biggest strength as a player is my quickness and ball-handling ability. As a point guard, I use my speed to push the ball, create opportunities for my teammates, and stay in control under pressure. I’m also a team player who looks to make the right play, whether that means scoring, getting an assist, or creating a defensive opportunity.

What are you working to improve right now?

I’m working on becoming a stronger leader and communicator on the court. I’m also working on making quicker decisions, being more consistent with my shot, and continuing to improve my ability to create plays for myself and my teammates

What are you looking for in a college program?

I’m looking for a college program that feels like a family, where I can grow both as a player and as a person. I want to be part of a team that values hard work, communication, and teamwork, while giving me the opportunity to develop my skills, compete at a high level, and contribute to the success of the program

Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?

Outside of basketball, I’m a very creative and artistic person who enjoys making and creating things. I also have a unique interest in tracking the weather, especially watching storms and learning about different weather patterns. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, spending time with my dog, and being with my family. Family and the people I love are very important to me, and I value spe

What do you want to study, and what career interests you?

I’m interested in studying Business because I enjoy solving problems, thinking creatively, and finding ways to make things work better. I’m still exploring the different areas of business, but I’m excited to learn more and find a career where I can use my problem-solving skills and creativity
