Don’t be surprised to see Ferguson have a breakout senior season for Lawrence Central High School. The 6’1″ sharpshooter is a solid under-the-radar prospect that has had a good spring and summer. On Friday at the Indiana All-Star Classic he had it going from three-point range as usual knocking in three threes on his way to 11 points.

It was hard to break through all of the talent at Lawrence Central High School, but Ferguson is an under-the-radar name that deserves to be known heading into the summer months. He is at his best as a perimeter shot-maker, but the 6’1″ guard also has some sneaky athleticism that he uses to attack closeouts and finish in the intermediate range. In a short stretch while we were watching Indy Heat Red 17u he made a catch-and-shoot three, finished an And-1 floater, and jumped a passing lane for a run out layup.
