New Ranking: 29
Previous Ranking: 35

One of the best on-ball defenders in the state, Tyler's performance in the Division 4 WIAA State Tournament a few weeks back was nothing short of outstanding. Sure, he can score, both off the dribble and from deep. But what really stands out about how Tyler plays is his prowess on defense along with his ability to run a team. He has grown tremendously as a player over his four years at Juneau and it culminated in the Pioneers winning the first boys' basketball state championship in the long history of the Milwaukee public school.

New Ranking: 32
Previous Ranking: 46

The potential of Juarez-Quinn was never questioned. Those who have watched his development over the past couple of years knew he had it in him to become a dominant player in the Woodland East Conference and that's exactly what he did as a senior. The rangy wing prospect averaged 23.6 points and 5.8 rebounds while helping Greenfield to a 15-12 record. He also pitched in 2.6 assists per game while leading the team in made three-point baskets with 67.

New Ranking: 39
Previous Ranking: 45

A semifinalist for the Mr. Basketball award, Castillo enjoyed a breakout season for coach Ryan Johnsen at Greendale. Another rangy player with a big upside, Castillo was instrumental in helping Greendale to an 18-7 record as he averaged 25.4 points and 5.4 rebounds. He shot 84 percent from the foul line and made 55 shots from outside the three-point arc. Like Juarez-Quinn, Castillo's best basketball might still be ahead of him as he continues to add strength and weight to his frame.

New Ranking: 46
Previous Ranking: 54

When healthy, Platz is more than a handful due to his outstanding basketball instincts and ability to make shots inside and outside. He stayed in the lineup for the vast majority of the season at Brookfield East and helped the Spartans gain a share of the Greater Metro Conference title by averaging 20.0 points, 7.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists. He made 48 three-point shots and connected on 78 percent of his foul shots. Equally important, Platz was a strong team leader and on-court communicator for a squad that won 22 of 28 outings.

New Ranking: 51
Previous Ranking: 69

Allen's ability to keep defenders off balance with his hesitation dribble and quick burst of speed led to positive results for Milwaukee Lutheran as the Red Knights went 16-10 on the season. Allen, a first-team all-Woodland East Conference selection, led the way by averaging 25.3 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.7 steals.
New Ranking: 66
Previous Ranking: 100

Not sure there is a player in the entire state who meant more to his team than Prochnow. Whether he was pushing the ball in transition, handling the ball against pressure defense, or shooting the ball from deep, Prochnow was the catalyst for Reedsville's Division 5 WIAA state championship team. He scored at a high level (21.2 ppg) for the Panthers, but he was even better getting the ball to his teammates as he put up an eye-popping 10.8 assists per game. Reedsville went 28-3 and won the second state championship in the history of the school largely because of the quickness, skill and mental toughness of Prochnow.

He was outstanding for Columbus this winter, averaging 17.0 points, 6.3 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 2.6 steals while helping his team to an 18-8 record. Powers' ability to impact the game in so many ways, coupled with his size and athleticism in the backcourt, were huge assets for Columbus.

New Ranking: 69
Previous Ranking: 99

Along with [player_tooltip player_id='2194315' first='Dooney' last='Johnson'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2045272' first='Takis' last='Tyler'], Hardiman led Milwaukee Juneau to the Division 4 WIAA state title last month. His high-flying dunks electrified the crowds at the Kohl Center, but it was his all-around play that was vital to the Pioneers' success. On the season, the athletic 6-foot-5 wing averaged 17.2 points and 5.3 rebounds. He was particularly effective on the offensive glass and his putbacks often had fans jump out of their seats with approval.
