Most Outstanding Player: 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='1978130' first='Hudson' last='Lorensen'] (ADM)
Stats: 27.7 points, 1.7 rebounds, 44.8 FG%, 37.5 3PT%, 93 FT%

One of the most elite scorers in recent memory at the 3A level, Lorensen almost always found a way to score throughout his career at ADM, making him the all-time leading scorer in Tigers history. He took the regular and post season momentum into state, putting up 34 and 38 points in the first two rounds against Xavier and Storm Lake. In a slugfest of a final, Lorensen made what looked to be the game-winner in regulation with an off-hand floater, despite struggling to score for a good chunk of the game.

It almost feels wrong that Coon, a Creighton signee, didn't get his stab at a state championship, especially considering the numbers he put up in Des Moines and throughout his career with Storm Lake. Averaging a double-double and scoring at-will at different points in the tournament, Coon is as bouncy and athletic as they come, and, he deserves, at the very least, his spot on the first team with the other top performers in the 3A tournament.

The do-it-all junior for the Bombers was one of the few players in the 3A title game that could score with some level of regularity, finishing as the games leading scorer with 17 points -- almost half of Ballard's offensive output in a game that included an overtime period. Miller isn't a flashy player, but he did what he needed to do to help the Bombers win -- score in double-figures and grab rebounds at a high-level while consistently making free throws.

One of the top point guards at the tournament, Gibson came to play against the best of the best in 3A, serving as a confident lead guard that provided excellent defense, a strong handle, the ability to get down hill and making the biggest free throws of the tournament. Not only did Gibson draw a foul in the final seconds of regulation to go to the free throw line, he sunk both, and made some more critical shots from the stripe in overtime, too.

2026 [player_tooltip player_id='1978115' first='Trey' last='Bryte'] (ADM)
Stats: 14 points, 12.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 75 FT%

One of the top-tier playmakers and rebounders in the class, [player_tooltip player_id='1978115' first='Trey' last='Bryte'] wasn't quite as efficient as he was through the regular season, but he still got board after board for ADM as the only other player besides Coon to average a double-double in 3A. Making the layup that sent the ADM vs. Storm Lake game into OT, the Tigers wouldn't have made it to the final without the play of Bryte.
