<p>While things haven't changed drastically in the last few months, there was a big of movement at the top, including a rise for <strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='2341363' first='Alex' last='Egbuonu']</em></strong> and a first time appearance for <strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='1943555' first='Quinn' last='Gibson']</em></strong>.</p>

<li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2341304' first='Abdou' last='Toure']</strong>: The <em>Notre Dame-West Haven</em> wing continues to stand out as one of the region's top all-around performers. A high level athlete, Toure has the ability to take over games as a three level scorer or as a lockdown defender. He rebounds it at a high level and is as good of a player as there is in transition in New England. He'll head to <strong><em>Arkansas</em></strong> in the fall.<br></li>

<li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1532640' first='Quinn' last='Costello']</strong>: The <em>Newman School</em> forward continues his rise as one of the country's top prospects with strong play to start the season. He's an inside-out scorer that plays with a nice combination of athleticism and skill, while continuing to show an improved motor and more physicality. Defensively, he takes pride in his rebounding and is one of the better transition scoring forwards in the country. He'll head to <strong><em>Michigan</em></strong> in the fall.<br></li>

<li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2341363' first='Alex' last='Egbuonu']</strong>: The <em>Lawrence Academy</em> wing has cemented his status as one of the country's top playmaking wings. He's athletic and powerful and knows how to use his frame as both a playmaker and as a scorer. While he impresses defensively and on the glass, his ability to consistently knock down shots from behind the arc has taken his game to another level. He'll head to <strong><em>Marquette</em></strong> in the fall.<br></li>

<li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2638999' first='Lucas' last='Morillo']</strong>: The <em>Newman School</em> wing stands out as argubly the region's top jumbo playmaker. The 6'7" wing can operate as an off-ball scorer or as a big, ball-handling decision maker. He has a great feel for the game with the ball in his hands, shows the ability to play at his own speed in the half-court, and can play with his back to the basket as a scorer around the rim. He'll head to <strong><em>Illinois</em></strong> in the fall.<br></li>

<li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2563037' first='Darien' last='Moore']</strong>: The <em>Brewster Academy</em> guard continues to assert himself as New England's premier perimeter defender. He moves incredibly well laterally, has quick hands that lead to plenty of steals, and is a powerful athlete that can force opposing ball-handlers off their lines. He rebounds it on both ends of the floor, is a terror when he gets downhill in transition, and has continued to improve his consistency as a perimeter shooter. He'll head to <strong><em>Seton Hall</em></strong> in the fall.<br></li>

<li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2465117' first='Ryan' last='Moesch']</strong>: The <em>Cushing Academy</em> guard lays claim to the status as one of the country's top on-ball decision makers. He's an incredibly high level on-ball decision maker, operates as good as anyone in ball screen actions, and knows when to take over games as a scorer. He makes great decisions in transition, can score it from behind the arc with consistency, and has elite touch as a passer. He'll head to <strong><em>Siena</em></strong> in the fall.<br></li>

<li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1729831' first='Jordan' last='Skyers']</strong>: The <em>Putnam Science Academy</em> guard has established himself as a terrific two-way performer so far this winter. He's an elite athlete that has the ability to punish rims as a slasher and in transition. He's got some wiggle off the bounce, plays with a quick first step as a driver, and does a nice job of finishing through contact in the paint. Defensively, he has the mobility and quickness to play in space, while also being disruptive on the ball. His recruitment is still open.<br></li>

<li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2553499' first='Adama' last='Tambedou']</strong>: The <em>Putnam Science Academy</em> forward continues impress with his combination of athleticism, motor, power, and two-way versatility. He's a terrific two-way rebound that plays as hard as any forward in the region. He attacks the rim in straight line drives, is hard to guard as a hard roller out of ball screens, and offers plenty of rim protection on the other end of the floor. He'll head to <strong><em>Maryland</em></strong> in the fall.<br></li>

<li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1943555' first='Quinn' last='Gibson']</strong>: The <em>Winchendon School</em> wing has quickly improved his stock and lays claim to the status as one of the region's top unsigned prospects. He's a versatile, two-way prospect that has proven capable of scoring the basketball at a high level during his first season in New England. He's athletic, plays with physicality on both ends of the floor, and makes high level decisions off the ball on offense. His recruitment is still open.<br></li>

<li><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2396741' first='Parrish' last='Edmond']</strong>: The <em>Putnam Science Academy</em> wing continues to stand out as the premier athlete in New England, while showcasing plenty of two-way versatility. He does a nice job of guarding in the paint and on the perimeter, can really rebound the basketball in traffic and in space, and has improved as an on-ball decision maker. The evolution of his offensive game has raised his ceiling as a prospect. He'll head to <strong><em>Siena</em></strong> in the fall.</li>
