I feel like [player_tooltip player_id='2120498' first='Blake' last='Nixon'] is quite an underrated guy, they have shooters, and there is a chance for AHA to sneak into the top ten at some point. And they have that neighborhood rivalry "anything can happen when they play" type thing with Richfield if there is a big game there.

Benilde-St. Margaret's. The Red Knights are a bit of a sleeper but you can trust that they will be good. A couple of quality juniors should step in and lead (Watts and Nuahn), they have some seniors ready for their turn (Best is one), and some young players ready to make an impact. Don't count the Knights out despite a lot lost to graduation and injury. And hopefully Kobe Willis comes back early. [player_tooltip player_id='1560807' first='Isaac' last='Olmstead'] has already surprised with an early return, maybe Willis is next.

Bloomington Kennedy. I don't think Kennedy will struggle, they have a few players that should be solid but I don't know that they have enough to get out of the bottom group yet.

Delano. Take Max out of it since he only played six games last year, Delano returns six of their top eight from last season. I also thought they played well this summer. When you have three guys back that were in the area of double figure averages plus three guys that played a role, expectations of improvement should be there. Delano was 12-15 a year ago.

Minneapolis Southwest. Southwest has two key players back from last year and I think those players are going to be all league top guys. On the other side, they lost four of their top six. They will compete and execute, that staff does a good job.

Orono. Orono lost so much firepower but they have a shooter (Hansen), a transfer that was all league in Roch (Skime), some role playing reserves, and up and comers. Barry Wohler always finds a way. Orono will compete for section, conference and top ten.

Richfield. Yesterday we talked about the [program_tooltip program_id='2075852' first='Spartans' last=''] and how their depth might not be able to hold up versus De. And then I looked at it again and thought..... that might not be as true as people think. De has depth but that is a lot of young guards while Richfield has some role playing guys back that could give them more depth than we first thought.

Robbinsdale Cooper. Rough times at Cooper. Now..... they always have some talent people haven't seen before that surprises and if the new staff can take that talent and formulate the players into a formidable attack, watch out.

Westonka. Yes I took the Mound out. Sorry I forgot before. All the Hawks players that graduated must have been from Mound leaving Westonka with just young talent as there is a whole new reset. Westonka will be back soon but they have a lot of spots to refill.
