Kayden is a player who makes the biggest jump of any player in the rankings over the summer, and while it may be a surprise to some, there's something to say -- Players get better. This one makes sense to me. He's a real 6'7, he is a three-level scorer that is now looking more explosive, has a great motor, and is very skilled for a prospect his size. He's now starting to realize the type of player he is, powering through defenders and dunking, and not relying on only size alone. He's a willing passer who he excels on the block and spaces the floor for outside shooting and will likely start getting real attention. With changes at Cherry Creek and a summer of clearly working on his game, he's a player that has made the jump and improvements you ask for in a player. He's not a finished product and that's scary for the rest of the class but he jumps from No. 18 on the rankings to a Top-5 prospect.

Ulmer is another player that has made a huge leap in the rankings because of the work that he put in over the summer. Thing is, he was a player that we were high on heading into the summer as he had a solid freshman season, but did not have the overall team success to determine if it was a good player on a bad team or not. We also wanted to see him against other top players in the state. Well, he answered those questions all summer long as he came to EVERYTHING with a point to prove. He dominated in grassroots with Hoops Therapy as their best player and came to showcases and was one of the best players there amongst the best in the class. There's high expectations for him this season but he's proved that he belongs. He moves into the Top-10.

LeGrand is a player that we're curious to see how it pans out this upcoming season. He transfers over to Regis and if he's able to play, he's going to be able to able to help them immensely. Plenty of players in this class looks good in showcase settings and playing with their own age group but has a difficult time with real varsity players and at that speed, but that's not the case with LeGrand. We've ONLY seen him with 17U players and varsity and he looks the part. He's a player that makes the right plays with the ball in his hands but also is able to do the small things that contribute to winning. He sets screens and rolls, makes the extra pass, is a high IQ passer and reads the game well. Defensively he holds his own as a versatile defender and has a game that goes beyond the scoreboard. He's a player I'm personally high on and has proven himself when given the opportunity. He's one of the top players in the class and makes the a leap into the Top-25. I expect that to rise even more with a solid season.

Collier made a tad bit of a jump on the rankings and goes into his sophomore season as one of the top guards in the class. The rise would've likely come sooner had he not been injured for the start of the summer but once he returned from injury, he proved to still be dangerous. Collier is a shifty guard with a quick release. He creates for himself off the dribble and once his feet are set, he's a light out shooter. Collier found a groove as an explosive scorer on and off-ball to end the summer. He finishes in traffic, reads the PnR and also was a standout defensively who plays the passing lanes and turns those into scoring opportunities. He'll have high expectations this upcoming season being the lead guard for Denver East but we certainly believe he'll live up to those. He comes into the season as a Top-15 player in the class.

7070Athletics was one of the better 15U grassroots teams in the state this summer, and a big reason for that was because of Devin who happened to be their mist consistent player. He's a two-way standout who scores in bunches despite the attention being on him but also is a willing passer that makes the right play. He's a pest defensively that they put on the opposing team's best player, and we saw that this summer when he got out to our showcase as well. Devin plays hard and with a chip on his shoulder. He'll start in his sophomore season and look to lead a young bunch that I feel will have a better season. He jumps onto our rankings after a stellar summer as one of the top players in the class and has a chance to rise even more.

Brady is a small guard but plays above his size and competes on both ends of the floor. He's a crafty scorer with range but also has a knack for making plays inside. He's a creative scorer with a bounce to his game. He handles pressure as a ballhandler, he reads the floor and makes the right play. What no one can argue is his willingness to compete. We saw him compete and grow all summer with his grassroots team, he came out to multiple showcases and battled. He's a player that we expect to have a big season and get some varsity time. He makes a jump on the rankings.
