The pair each had impressive performances on top shoe circuits this summer and have held steady in early commitments to Jake Diebler and the Buckeyes.

Reynoldsburg duo to Ohio headlines MAC commits

The MAC always secures some of the top Ohio talent and the Reynoldsburg duo of [player_tooltip player_id='1705956' first='Xavier' last='McKinney'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1705958' first='Jorden' last='Bowens'] headed to Ohio to join former high school teammate Jordan Fisher next season is exciting for central Ohio basketball fans. Toledo Head Coach Todd Kowalczyk's son Race also made a commitment to Bradley, a top mid major program. Kent State went into central Ohio and landed star point guard [player_tooltip player_id='1869632' first='Jakhi' last='Calloway'].
Out of state Horizon League schools secure guards

While the in-state Horizon League schools don't have a commit from Ohio's 2026 class, [player_tooltip player_id='2376402' first='Willie' last='Foster'] (Northern Kentucky) and [player_tooltip player_id='1708688' first='Trey' last='Drexler'] (IU Indy) are headed to nearby out of state Horizon League programs. These two guards are polar opposites as Foster is one of the most athletic players in the state with jaw dropping dunks on his highlight tape. Drexler on the other hand is one of the top scoring guards in Ohio and has exploded for monster offensive efforts against top talent.
