He is 161-75<strong>&nbsp;</strong>as a head coach.</li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>Will compete for a Class 4A Championship. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Top Player: [player_tooltip player_id='2625235' first='JaShawn' last='Ladd']<a href="https://prephoops.com/player/jahari-miller/"></a></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Without question, the top returner for the Ben Davis Giants is 2026 wing [player_tooltip player_id='2625235' first='JaShawn' last='Ladd'], who had one of the biggest breakout years of any prospect in the state last season.&nbsp;A recent Akron commit, Ladd comes back as the Giants' leading scorer after averaging 13.4 points per game, with a strong chance to see those numbers rise during his senior year. An explosive and highly athletic guard, he'll be a legitimate all-state candidate while leading Ben Davis in their pursuit of a Class 4A State Finals appearance. Simply put, Ladd is one of the most exciting players to watch in Indiana this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Potential Breakout Player: [player_tooltip player_id='2471408' first='Sherman' last='Moss-Wright']<a href="https://prephoops.com/player/landon-lampley/"></a></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2471408' first='Sherman' last='Moss-Wright'] has really come into his own over the past year and will serve as a tremendous backcourt running mate alongside Ladd.&nbsp;In 26 varsity appearances last season, he averaged 7.0 points per game and enters his senior year holding offers from Marian, UIndy, Purdue Northwest, and Johnson C. Smith University. At 6'4, Moss-Wright brings elite playmaking ability both on and off the ball, paired with the skill and basketball IQ you want from a high-level guard.
