If you have played your way into the rotation at Ben Davis as a sophomore it means you are pretty darn good. Powe II did that this season averaging 2.7 points and 1.7 assists per game while being thrust into a role in the Giants’ backcourt. His speed and on-ball defensive ability kept him earning minutes throughout the season.

Prep Hoops Indiana had boots on the ground out in South Carolina when EG10 15u took on Indiana Elite Team Tradition 15u. Team Tradition won the matchup, but this prospect from Ben Davis High School shot the ball very well from three-point range and stood out with his consistent motor and all-around skill level. Powe II is among the next wave of talented young guards to develop and grow into a role for the Giants. Really impressed with his catch-and-shoot ability, but he looks very capable playing both on or off of the ball.
