17U team, Murphy plays with a ton of smoothness to is game with really good court vision on the ball. He is a good decision maker on the ball and handles it well enough to be able to make moves to get the defense off of him. I expect him to step up in a big time role for the Giants starting in the summer.

A tenacious two way player that made big time plays in the game I saw. Although only 6’1”, Murphy showed his defensive versatility with being able to guard multiple positions and being on time with rotations. Really good on the ball using his quickness and playing with active hands. Offensively he thrives in transition and is dynamic getting to the basket where he can finish in crafty ways around length.
