This 5’9″ point guard from Ben Davis High School has had an excellent summer. He has been a primary piece in the Giants’ backcourt and even filled in nicely at the IBCA Top 100 Showcase. Smith is a talent playmaker with quick twitch driving ability that he uses to create separation off of the bounce. He has proven himself as a jump shooter this summer as well. Smith poured in 16 points in the first half in a win for Mac Elite 16u.
Savvy guard with a quick first step that ran the team with precision. Picked his spots well when to attack and when he did he was relentless getting to the basket where he was able to finish in a variety of different ways. Quick twitch athlete on the defensive end. He was pressure heavy in the backcourt creating chaos for the Fishers JV Backcourt.
Defensive minded guard that was creating havoc all camp long. Smaller guard that used his quickness to pressure his matchup and turned defense to offense in a hurry. Offensively he’s shifty with a tight handle that was able to get to his spots and create open looks for his teammates as well as show his soft touch on his floater.
