A wing with a ton of positional size, Kolar stood out to me in June with his high school team but he also impressed with Run As One during the grassroots season. The lefty has a smooth shooting stroke, can attack a closeout and play above the rim. Not only does Kolar have soft touch on jumpers but he also converts floaters at a high percentage as well. Expect Kolar to be a breakout candidate in central Ohio this winter.

A dual-sport athlete, Bellisari is a state champion on the gridiron and had three interceptions and 59 tackles as a sophomore on that state championship team. Going to a few college football camps already, Bellisari has prioritized his recruitment in that sport and holds an early offer to Miami (OH). Despite being a football first athlete, Bellisari has some intriguing skills on the hardwood as well with a strong frame, a capable jump shot and can pass the ball at a high level. Talented athlete from central Ohio!

A prospect who broke out at our Prep Hoops Ohio State Tournament, Ramos helped lead his team to the 16 U championship at the event. Already with some experience leading his team at the varsity level, Ramos led his team in scoring in a win over Padua as a sophomore. With his strong frame and high motor, Ramos was productive as an interior scorer who can play either forward position. Benedictine could be a program on the rise in the Cleveland area with a new head coach this season and Ramos is a crucial returning piece of the puzzle for the storied program that's looking to get back amongst the top of northeast Ohio.

An athletic and long wing athlete, Phillips has the tools you'd look for in a defender to guard multiple positions. Playing on a Princeton team that wants to pressure the basketball no matter where it is, Phillips fits in well with that chaotic style of play. While Phillips makes most of his impact on the defensive end of the court, he also runs in transition and finishes at the rim. I expect a sharp increase for Phillips in stats like steals, rebounds and blocks per game this season.

Berea Midpark plays a unique style of play pressing the entire game and playing almost a seven seconds or less Phoenix Suns style offensively as they look to score in transition whenever possible. Their 2027 class has gotten a ton of experience with three players starting as freshman and more having big roles as sophomores. Braaten makes shots and makes the extra pass for his teammates as well offensively. [program_tooltip program_id='2078639' first='Mac' last='Basketball'] 2027 had a nice grassroots season, winning the E40 championship in July. Look for this program to have a lot of small college interest next summer, Braaten already holds an offer from Fisher and has attended camps at Division III powerhouses Mount Union and Case Western Reserve.
