<p>On Saturday July 26th I attended the<strong> <em>Hoopers Only</em> Hoop Life Nationals </strong>at the Phhacility in Phx,AZ. I checked out 10 different programs from AZ and here were some of the standouts.</p>

<p><strong>David Stafford SG 5'11 2025 Deer Valley (AZ GorillAZ 17) (Pictured)</strong></p>

<p>A scoring guard who can get hot quickly. He will score with threes off the catch and shoot it from mid-range. He is very quick to the basket and he was behind a deep group of talented guards at Deer Valley. </p>

<p>A scoring guard was one of the focal points of his AAU and high school teams. He scores it easy with cuts off the ball and is more athletic then you realize. He will score with jumpers, offensive rebound put backs out of his area using his bounce he is tough on the ball defensively. </p>

<p>A bigger scoring guard is a three level scorer. He can burst to the basket with gracefulness and will pull-up from the three point line. He uses his size to rebound and play the passing lanes. </p>

<p>A thicker framed scoring guard is tough with a stocky frame. He will pull-up from mid to the three and hit the catch three. He is quick to get downhill with his left or right hand. He is a physical on-ball defender with longer arms. </p>

<p>An undersized scoring guard will defend multiple positions and score. He will score with and-1's in traffic and will get downhill with tough takes with his dominant left hand. He springs up quickly to rebound and defends with his twitch. </p>

<p>An athletic shooting guard with a smooth gait. He can hit the three off the catch with some range. He plays off of two-feet and will rise up quickly and has one of those leaps that you think he will dunk it on every attempt with his high jumping springs. </p>

<p>A very calm shooting guard keeps improving. He is very smart and skilled. He has a great feel for the game and is a very good passer. He will hit the three with more range and will score with offensive rebound put backs. </p>

<p>A two-way scoring guard with a good frame, length and shooting abilities. He will hit the three off the catch or pull or get to the basket using his size and athleticism. He is hard to score on with his size, twitch and athleticism. <br></p>
