Lansdale Catholic vs. Garnet Valley (Noon at 6th Man Center)

Lansdale Catholic boasts a lineup filled with talented prospects. Backcourt dynamo [player_tooltip player_id='2450663' first='Melo' last='Aylmer'] is a dribble drive wizard who can get into the paint for buckets or kicks oust. Hybrid forward [player_tooltip player_id='2450682' first='Chase' last='Stevens'] was the team's leading scorer last season at 12 points per game. His size, athleticism and versatile scoring skill set make Stevens a matchup nightmare. For LC, college coaches should also scout 2027 combo guard [player_tooltip player_id='2430343' first='Carey' last='Romero']. He is a multi-skilled guard prospect with tremendous upside. At Garnet Valley, a new era of hoops begins this weekend. All-everything guard Jake Sniras graduated and leading the charge for the Jaguars now will be shooting guard Greyson Golek as well as combo guard [player_tooltip player_id='2425552' first='Luke' last='Faccenda']. Both players are highly accurate three-point shooters. With his size and polished footwork, Golek can also score on dives to the cup, quick post ups and via the offensive glass. Faccenda's high IQ, handles and court vision allow him to operate as a primary ball handler too.

Warwick vs. Wissahickon (4:00PM at Jefferson University)

This contest will feature a mono-y-mono battle between to extraordinarily talented guards in Warwick's [player_tooltip player_id='1888854' first='Ya'Majesty' last='Washington'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2492470' first='Nico' last='Vacchiano'] of Wissahickon. Washington is a speedy and agile three-level scoring guard with unlimited potential. Washington's step-back shooting is especially impressive. His speed, length, instincts and finishing skills make Washington an open court phenom. At the defensive end, Washington is extremely switchable and cleans the glass. Vacchiano is a gifted combo guard with an aggressive, physical style of play. He can get to rack on straight line drives that feature a solid dose of bully ball. Or Vacchiano can attack the rim using his deep bag of change of speed / direction moves. Additionally, Vacchiano's jumper is automatic from anywhere on the court.

Upper St. Clair vs. Archbishop Ryan (5:50PM at 6th Man Center)

Upper St. Clair's dynamic duo of power forward [player_tooltip player_id='2486493' first='Ryan' last='Robbins'] and shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id='2473603' first='Peja' last='Strobl'] are one of top offensive tandems in the state. Robbins is a dominating power forward prospect with a physical edge to his game. He can move defenders around until he gets to his preferred spot. Then his polished footwork and smooth post moves produce easy hoops in close. Additionally, Robbins is an excellent distributor. His ability to pass out double teams is especially impressive. Strobl is one of the most accurate perimeter shooters in Western Pennsylvania. His quick release and logo distance range make Strobl impossible to guard on the perimeter. Plus, Strobl can work as a high IQ point guard. In that role he can pilot the fast break and run half-court sets. Archbishop Ryan will counter with a deep and talented roster that keeps coming at opponents in waves. Ryan's guard trio of [player_tooltip player_id='2424034' first='Semaj' last='Stone'], [player_tooltip player_id='1608253' first='Matt' last='Johnson'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2500795' first='Seth' last='Gaye'] causes serious issues for opponents. Hybrid forward [player_tooltip player_id='2251711' first='Malik' last='Hughes'] is the leading scorer among returners from last season at 14 points per night. Hughes is a beast on the glass too. Ryan power forward [player_tooltip player_id='2194752' first='Jaylin' last='Avery'] and stretch-4 [player_tooltip player_id='2450658' first='Jack' last='McMullin'] where two of the top 2028 prospects on the spring grassroots circuit. Both players can score at all three levels. Finally, we expect athletic shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id='2347935' first='Keyshawn' last='Franklin'] to have a breakout live period this month.
