[player_tooltip player_id='2126128' first='Isaiah' last='Asuma'] of Cherry/Minnesota Comets. Asuma has matured and it's everything prospect wise. He can handle, create, his first step is strong, and he can score on the attack and with the jumper. But everything is magnified now that he is taller, stronger, and more explosive. D2 lead guard prospect for sure. D1? I think it's there for the grabbing as he gets more skilled and plays more and more at the one.

[player_tooltip player_id='2524777' first='Lanadreon' last='Goodwin'] of Benson/Minnesota Gold. This guy is a long forward at about 6'6 who is full of tricks. His fakes, his jab steps, his step throughs, his contact into a step to finish, etc, Goodwin has a full bag of tricks to get buckets. Goodwin averaged 19 points and 12 boards a game with 51 blocks this year.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140700' first='Tyrece' last='Hagler'] of Richfield/[program_tooltip program_id='2075685' first='Minnesota' last='Select']. When it comes to players that have a great feel for scoring, Hagler ranks with the best. We still need to take in more games but the ability to craft a basket in space or hit open shots, Hagler has some unique abilities to him. He's really helped take Richfield and Select to a higher level.

[player_tooltip player_id='2113031' first='Eli' last='Herzog'] of Chaska/Hoop Habits. When it comes to shooters, Eli is one of the better ones in the class. At 6'1 as a shooter, teams have to locate Eli and this winter as a sophomore there were several games where Herzog helped his team with big runs with his long range touch.

[player_tooltip player_id='2404942' first='King' last='James'] of Hiawatha Collegiate/Minneapolis Central. The question is... what can James be at the next level? I would say a hard charging athletic four man that goes at the rim with a unique ability. He does have to get more consistent with his all around sills but at 6'6 this is a strong, explosive player that played with a desire.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126866' first='Matthew' last='Jordan'] of Buffalo/[program_tooltip program_id='2821775' first='Buffalo' last='Legacy']. Tough, consistent, and smart. That is [player_tooltip player_id='2126866' first='Matthew' last='Jordan'] who is a part of the three player attack from Buffalo that plays consistent, winning basketball. Jordan is dangerous with the feet set make but he's methodically good with the attack as well. And he will get to his spots on defense.

Elliott Myszkowski of Rochester Mayo/MN Takeoff. Elliott has to be one of the toughest players to figure out when it comes to knowing where he's going. Between the equally difficult task of figuring out if he is attacking left or right, Elliott is also crafty and he can playmake from many angles. This is a guy that zags with near 100 percent success when the defense zigs. And he make 43 percent of his threes this year!

[player_tooltip player_id='2126145' first='Waleed' last='Muhammad'] of Breck/[program_tooltip program_id='2075685' first='Minnesota' last='Select']. Waleed has been getting his eight scoring possessions nearly every game I have seen or heard about. It might take him nine shots or 18 shots, and they will include some threes and/or foul shots, but Waleed is getting those eight scoring possessions and Select is winning because of it.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126474' first='Kamar' last='Thomas'] of DeLaSalle/[program_tooltip program_id='2075485' first='Gain' last='Elite']. The more and more I learn about Kamar, and the more and more I get to see his film, I think he has a huge ceiling. Thomas is long and explosive at about 6'4 or 6'5 but he's also smart and physical to go with it. The handling either way, the lightning quick spin that few guys can stay with, and the finish on both sides has Kamar one of the tough players to defend in this state.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140617' first='Geno' last='Ward'] of Holy Family/[program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] Goring. Quick, slippery and feisty, that is what I saw when looking at Geno from NHR State. His three point numbers were good and even though he is 5'9 he was able to get to space because Ward is so quick that players were on their heels and Ward had the space to knock out shots.
