JV Spotlight: Checking in on Top Ranked Programs

He excelled in the point guard role, playing under control and consistently getting his team into their offensive sets. The 6'7" forward has great length and a high motor, allowing him to track down both defensive and offensive rebounds, which often turn into easy putbacks. He is an extremely quick guard, using his speed to get to the rim on drives and put pressure on the defense in transition. His quickness demands defensive attention, opening up catch-and-shoot three-point opportunities, which he converted efficiently on Thursday night. He has a smooth jumper and consistently knocks down the three-point shot. Even more impressive was his effectiveness putting the ball on the floor, as he finished at the rim effortlessly multiple times on Tuesday night.
