This was the last event before the rankings release. Who helped themselves with a strong MBCA performance?

[player_tooltip player_id='2126115' first='Vincent' last='Cronin'] of Edina/[program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota']. What was the difference between Cronin and the other 6'6/6'7 guys in this class at this event? He defended wings well, Vincent faced up and made the right plays taking the right shots, and he was comfortable inside and out.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126118' first='Tyler' last='Forrest'] of Chaska/[program_tooltip program_id='2455790' first='Howard' last='Pulley']. Loved the way Tyler played this weekend. In an event where leadership, ball movement and defense can greatly change the fortunes of every player around a guard, Tyler did it very well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126166' first='Jaylan' last='Hynes'] of Totino-Grace/[program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota']. Hynes was great in this event because he defends and he makes the right play offensively. When he did that, others around him did it, his teams won and Hynes scored four-five times a game to go with everything else he did.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126446' first='Mustafa' last='Mohamed'] of South St. Paul/[program_tooltip program_id='2455790' first='Howard' last='Pulley']. Mustafa is about 6'10 and he moves well. He is skilled, he is coming off of a double double averaging season, and everything he did at his size was talked about in great detail by college coaches. About to be nationally ranked.

[player_tooltip player_id='2420169' first='Ahmed' last='Nur'] of Hopkins/[program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota']. The size, skill, consistent production, scoring around the basket, the potential is there. And when he becomes even more assertive as he gets more experienced, Nur has high major potential. About to be nationally ranked.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126458' first='Luke' last='Schroeder'] of Shakopee/Hoop Habits. Luke is a great shooter and colleges love shot makers. Schroeder shot the ball in a way that college coaches took note.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126447' first='Briggs' last='Sheridan'] of Farmington/[program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota']. Sheridan helped himself greatly this weekend by being a face up shot maker at his size of 6'9. It was something scholarship givers watching as college coaches took a big note of.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126474' first='Kamar' last='Thomas'] of DeLaSale/[program_tooltip program_id='2075485' first='Gain' last='Elite']. Thomas has what is needed physically: athletic, explosive, and long at 6'5. Thomas scored consistently over the weekend and backed up the strong spring and winter.
