Sharpshooting guard who could provide a spark on the offensive end when his team needed it. Always seemed to come up with a big shot, and brought a lot of energy to the floor on both ends. Someone who's going to sit deep in a stance and move their feet to compete defensively, and isn't afraid to fight for rebounds against bigger players. He helped lead his Minnesota Splash team to a 4-0 record over the weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='1558479' first='DJ' last='Hennings'] is one of the shiftiest players I've seen all spring. The Tosa West guard has elite quickness and a tight handle that allows him to blow by defenders off the dribble. In the game I watched he was finding success getting to the rim and drawing contact, earning trips to the free throw line for easy points. Good vision to make a last second dump-off pass as well. Defensively he has the quickness to be an absolute pest on the ball, with the toughness to fight over screens.

Anthony had one of the biggest individual performances of the weekend, absolutely taking over in the second half against All Wisconsin. The Menomonee Falls guard was getting to his spots off the dribble, and connected on a number of pull-up jumpers from both mid-range and three. So quick getting to his spots with the ability to stop on a dime for a jumper. Could also hesitate to freeze his man before blowing by and finishing with the left hand. I rarely see players get face guarded in the spring/summer, but that's how All Wisconsin was forced to defend him down the stretch.

Greb is a tough-as-nails point guard for [program_tooltip program_id='2075486' first='Gallo' last='Sports Center']. He doesn't back down from a challenge defensively, and will go out there and compete with anyone he's matched up against. On Saturday he had an impressive sequence where he blocked back-to-back shots in the paint, and then on the other end battled for an offensive rebound and went back up for two points. Someone who brings a lot of energy to the floor, and is going to make those extra effort plays to help his team win games.

Josh had a nice showing on Saturday in a game against [program_tooltip program_id='2391400' first='Team' last='Herro'] that went down to the wire. He did a nice job of keeping the ball moving in the half-court, and was able to locate his shooters with well-timed passes on multiple occasions. Also posed a shooting threat on his own, knocking down a handful of shots throughout the game. When his team needed a bucket, Josh wasn't afraid to put the ball on the floor and use his change of speed to create a scoring opportunity.

Against a Team Rose/LVL team that loved to full-court press, Gabe's ability to provide an extra ball handling option for his team was huge. He has breakaway speed, and on multiple occasions was able to break through the press and get his team a numbers advantage once in the half-court. That ability to break the press helped his team rack up some easy buckets, while also taking some pressure of his backcourt partner [player_tooltip player_id='2133222' first='Elliot' last='Myszkowski']. 6'1 guard that brings a lot of energy to the floor.

Another key component in Minnesota Splash's 4-0 weekend, Elvis was an energizer for this team both on and off the court. Defensively he was constantly putting pressure onto opposing guards, and showed quick hands to reach in and force a few turnovers across the two games I watched. Offensively he excelled as a drive and kick passer, able to get into dangerous areas and force the defense to collapse on him. Even when on the bench Elvis was a vocal presence, constantly cheering on his teammates and getting everyone else fired up with him.
