Ben showcased his all-around game in a win for Real Phenom on Saturday. At 6'3 he has a long frame that helped him guard nearly every spot on the floor for his team. Real Phenom doesn't have a true big, so Ben was able to guard in the paint or use his length to get up in passing lanes on the wing depending on what his team needed. Offensively he flashed his ability to step outside and knock down the open three.

Landon put on a show for [program_tooltip program_id='2078449' first='Meanstreets' last=''] in a win over [program_tooltip program_id='2075663' first='Midwest' last='Wildcats'] on Saturday. Heading into the event I knew what he could do as an above-the-rim finisher, but what really stood out was his passing. Landon could take a defensive rebound, weave through a couple of defenders, and then thread the needle to a teammate slashing to the basket. He was delivering some no look passes that caught defenders off guard, and had no problem accurately fitting the ball through tight gaps that not many players would recognize. Added in a handful of highlight reel dunks throughout the game.

One of the bounciest players at the event regardless of class, Jalonny was a walking highlight for [program_tooltip program_id='3575254' first='Drako' last='Elite'] on Saturday. The 2029 wing out of Simeon can jump out of the gym, and was slashing to the basket for a handful of explosive dunks against IL Bears. When he wasn't trying to bring the rim down, Jalonny racked up a handful of assists with his vision and willingness to pass the ball ahead in transition. He sees the floor well and is able to deliver deep outlet passes up the floor to sprinting teammates. Already holds D1 offers as a football prospect, but is one to watch in Illinois' 2029 class as a hooper as well.

Colby was dangerous slashing to the basket for [program_tooltip program_id='2622592' first='Flight' last='Athletics'] 17u. I saw him play against [program_tooltip program_id='2075808' first='Powerhouse' last='MN'], where he just found ways to get to the rim and finish. He could go coast-to-coast in transition, attack with a straight line-drive from the wing, or battle for an offensive board and power back up for two points. Has a long wingspan that helps him play even bigger than his listed height, which allows him to match up with bigger wings.

It's easy to see why Cole is regarded as one of the top 2028 prospects in the Midwest. In the two games I watched, Cole showcased a mature and versatile game while playing up at the 17u level. He's a vocal presence on the floor for his team, makes smart decisions on the ball, and finds ways to score within the flow of the offense. He can drain the catch and shoot three, go to work with his back-to-the-basket, and showed some bounce when he drove down the lane and threw one down over the top of a defender. Impressive showing from one of the best in Illinois regardless of class.

One of a handful of talented 2028 prospects coming up at Tartan, Anthony showed the ability to play the 3 or 4 spots for [program_tooltip program_id='2075808' first='Powerhouse' last='MN'] depending on what lineup they put on the floor. He was at his best stretching the floor from three, where he was a threat to knock down shots off the catch. Listed at 6'5, other players his size had a difficult time moving their feet with him as he found pockets of space out on the perimeter. Has some strength that helps him defend in the paint on the other end as well.

From a pure physical/athletic perspective, there weren't many guys on Zion's level at the Chi-Town Tip Off. He's a long and explosive 6'7 wing who can make plays above the rim with ease. Running with a talented [program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''] team, he was at his best rolling to the hoop or stepping in from the dunker spot for finishing opportunities at the rim. If he caught a pass with even a foot of space to step in to, Zion was going to explode off the floor for a two handed dunk. He's not going to impress with flashy isolation buckets, but makes the simple plays around the rim that allow him to produce with efficiency. Rebounder, shot blocker, high percentage finisher, and versatile defender for [program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''] 17u.
