Colby was getting it done on both ends for the Flight Athletics 17U squad. Colby has great length for his size and was putting it on display early. in his first game against Legacy Ice 17U he was all over the passing lanes forcing steals and hounding when he was on the ball. He showed off his Jumper as well hitting a couple spot up 3’s. In his second game against 1 Dream Basketball 17U he showed off his offensive versatility more. He was slicing the defense and finishing through contact around the rim. He was great on the offensive boards as well creating many second chance opportunities.

Colby was dangerous slashing to the basket for Flight Athletics 17u. I saw him play against Powerhouse MN , where he just found ways to get to the rim and finish. He could go coast-to-coast in transition, attack with a straight line-drive from the wing, or battle for an offensive board and power back up for two points. Has a long wingspan that helps him play even bigger than his listed height, which allows him to match up with bigger wings.

The last game of the night I caught on Friday, and Logan impressed with his determination and effort against a solid Mike Glennon Elite team. He blocked a three-point attempt and consistently pressured ball-handlers. His game is marked by three positive traits: energy, hustle, and a big heart in competition.

Lengthy 6’1” SF with tons of room to grow! Played IBA Saturday morning. Long wingspan forced tons of missed shots inside. Pushes the tempo in transition. Drew an and-one off an offensive rebound in the first half while also getting several more inside buckets to go. Continued to frustrate opponents defensively in the 2nd half. Including a block in the opening stages.
