You can really see the potential when you watch him play. Really good with his footwork on both ends. Saw him hit an outside shot in the opening half Friday night while showing excellent confidence to attack the rim. Had a bigger showing on Sunday in the 15U championship. Scoring in double figures while getting it done both inside and on the faster. The floater is something you can definitely work with. Good speed up the floor, too.
He didn’t stuff up the stat sheet, but the potential is surely there. A strong, lengthy 6’2 SG who can run in transition and create havoc on the defensive end. Blocked a few shots and was a big contributor on the boards in Friday night’s game. There’s some technical aspects of his game that need improvement, but the long-term potential is surely there.
Highlights
Lengthy 6’1” SF with tons of room to grow! Played IBA Saturday morning. Long wingspan forced tons of missed shots inside. Pushes the tempo in transition. Drew an and-one off an offensive rebound in the first half while also getting several more inside buckets to go. Continued to frustrate opponents defensively in the 2nd half. Including a block in the opening stages.
Highlights
Stuffed the stat sheet in their win over Chicago Lockdown on Saturday. Came through at the end with a converted and-one as well as an additional pair of free throws. Already has the athleticism to compete at the next level. Will be intriguing to see how he progresses over the next couple years.

Jamir Washington
Lengthy wing player for the Illinois Jaguars . Played the role of a post player when I watched him. But his skillsets don’t fully match that. I could see him more as a winger in the long term. On defense, he showed he can guard all five positions. On offense, he displayed underrated ball skills while also taking shots from all three levels.
Talked about him in my Sunday article. Still unsure if he’s more of a guard or forward long-term, but I love the physical tools at his disposal. Probably around 6’4”, displayed numerous strong drives to the hoop. Finishing well through contact in addition to a good FT rate. Solid post-play in addition to that.
