HM [player_tooltip player_id='2301294' first='Akim' last='Iscandari']
[player_tooltip player_id='2301294' first='Akim' last='Iscandari'] has gone from not being ranked to being one of the best guards in NOVA over the past two years. He is extremely quick and an elite athlete. He consistently beats his man off the dribble and is a great finisher. Akim is a tremendous defender and never shies away from contact. He was named to the MAC all-league team and led his team in points, assists, and steals.

HM [player_tooltip player_id='1963530' first='Marcus' last='Hancock']
[player_tooltip player_id='1963530' first='Marcus' last='Hancock'] had a fantastic first year for St. Stephen's St. Agnes. Marcus is an elite shooter with great range. Marcus does a solid job at getting his own bucket when teams run him off the line. He is a good passer and a consistent contributor to a really good SSSAS team,

HM [player_tooltip player_id='2612827' first='Logan' last='Jones']
[player_tooltip player_id='2612827' first='Logan' last='Jones'] has broken out over the past year. Logan plays really hard and is a versatile defender. He is a great athlete and does a fantastic job rebounding the ball. Logan can hit open shots, and he is an athletic and skilled finisher. Logan avereged 11.6 PPG and 6.7 RPG. He was an All-MAC selection as well.

HM [player_tooltip player_id='1782690' first='Silas' last='Devonish']
[player_tooltip player_id='1782690' first='Silas' last='Devonish'] has been one of my favorite players to watch in the DMV, dating back to the summer going into his freshman season for Ireton at DMV Live. Silas has been the go-to guy for this team basically since day 1. Silas is one of the fastest players in the area and terrific in the open floor. Silas shoots the ball well and is a great passer. Silas is an absolute competitor, and you see that when he plays defense. He was a WCAC all-conference honorable mention.

HM [player_tooltip player_id='1767553' first='Trey' last='Fitch']
[player_tooltip player_id='1767553' first='Trey' last='Fitch'] is a great 3 and D guy who also gives you a lot more. He is the leader of this Fairfax Christian squad, and he does the little things well. Trey is a good spot-up shooter and can be a lockdown perimeter defender. Fairfax Christian should return basically all their production from this season, and they could be a team that gets 30+ wins next year.

[player_tooltip player_id='2252287' first='Darius' last='Bivins'] is another guy in this class who is one of my favorite players to watch. Darius has one of the best handles in the state and is a two-way star. Darius is a high IQ PG that can dictate the pace of a game. He is an outstanding passer and an extremely crafty finisher. Darius doesn't turn the ball over, and his IQ and skill make up for his lack of size. Darius is an outstanding perimeter defender as well. In his first year at Bishop O'Connell, he led them to a very close state final loss to a great Highland team, and he was their best player. He went from not being the biggest name a few years ago to now being nationally ranked. He was a first-team selection in the WCAC.

Turk Brown was a big piece for PVI in his first season there. Turk is a point guard who has a great handle and is a terrific passer. He is strong and has a high IQ. What I loved about Turk's transition and fit on this PVI team was he was extremely effective off the ball as well. You saw it a lot in the WCAC playoffs when [player_tooltip player_id='2148767' first='Jordan' last='Smith'] was dominating the ball. Turk was terrific as a spot-up shooter, and he knocked down a lot of timely shots.

[player_tooltip player_id='2148767' first='Jordan' last='Smith'] is probably the best player in NOVA period. Jordan was finally the number one option this year, and he excelled. Jordan's passing was impactful because of the gravity he has as a driver. Jordan's jump shot looked a lot better, and he was masterful in the WCAC playoffs. Jordan is one of the best athletes in the country and a special player.

[player_tooltip player_id='1782692' first='Ripp' last='Kodi'] is a guy that gets better every year. It is something that college coaches should keep tabs on because it is a great indicator of work ethic and character. Ripp is the kind of wing/forward hybrid that fits nicely in what teams do today. Ripp can knockdown spot up threes and does a good job finishing at the rim. Ripp has great length and moves well, so he can guard multiple positions really well. Ripp was a second-team all-conference selection in the WCAC.

At my last forward spot, I have Fairfax Christian big [player_tooltip player_id='1370511' first='Frank' last='Siaca-Bey']. Frank had a great year, and he was the guy Fairfax Christian looked to a lot to get a bucket. Frank can get a bucket with his back to the basket using his strength and touch around the rim. Frank has a number of mid-ranges he can hit, whether that is a fadeaway off the post or facing up. Frank can hit the three ball, but he doesn't take that many of them. Frank was extremely efficient as a scorer, and he averaged 14.6 PPG and 7.8 RPG.
